Nice video as always. Can't compare Akra quality to anything else, I've got one on my GTS and it sounds so much better than stock PSE.
Akrapovic rear section gives a beautiful tone.. but it sounds MUCH better (and more like a FLAT 6) with an X pipe in the middle.
Why were the vales permanently open? Seems strange since you installed the actuators. Do they not work? Or just such a sweet sound you will never close them? Will this work on a 2020 Macan S with PSE? I would love this exhaust and the Turbo blow off valves if they would work too.
They do but with factory programming so it's sort of pointless since they're not always closed. This system only works with the 15-18 models at this time, the 19+ changed the actuator to a 4 pin versus a 3 pin electrical connector on the older Macan.

This will not work, I'm not aware of any exhaust systems for the diesel model.
Is this upgrade just for the sound?
Mostly sound, it will add ~5-8HP.
I’ll buy the MBRP if you want to sell the used muffler deletes. I bought a Cobb tune and upgraded mapping from you. Looking to add a few pieces to my macan turbo.
