It comprises PVC double track on all 4 sides of the window cavity, bristle seal on the glazing panel edges that fits into this track, and a rigid handle - all of which are self-adhesive.

if i wanted to fit this in a up/down format rather than a left right are there any additional items that stop the windows from falling to the bottom?
