Yep, that’s how u adjust bulbs when u install new ones or aftermarket ones so they aren’t too high up or low. Don’t aim em too high though cuz then you’ll render ur brights useless.
Pleas do not adjust your headlights like that. Every Headlight has a special ankle in witch it needs to be adjusted. When you do it by yourself you are blinding all the other drivers. It needs to be measured by a special machinery.
