You give me therapist vibes, very calm, clear, and easy to listen to.

Thank you! I am a professional life coach, not a therapist, but I have received some training in therapy as well.

First of all, I have to say that I have missed your videos 😊 You rock 🤘🏻 I hope you are doing well. Now, in terms of understanding Ni I think it helps if one were to go into reading about abstract thinking and what it means and how it comes across. Having a dominant function whose main focus is extracting ideas with the inferior function being one interested in actually having an impact on the world, can have a flavor of shaking things up in order to concretize the abstract that happened in the brain. In terms of Si - I have seen it up close in my mom and brother (tertiary function for both of them and it does come across differently due to having different judging functions). Here is what I have noticed and it has helped me in the process of understanding why some call Si memory: My mom would start describing a person/situation that has made an impact on her and say things such as: two years ago person X came in our home and she had her hair combed in such and such a way. Honestly, those sort of things are not something that I usually remember unless they fit into the overall picture of a situation. On the other hand, my brother often can interpret the sensory by explaining how and why a candy or something like that reminds him of one he has previous had. I have many things to say but let me gather my thoughts first so it can be concise. I might be back with another comment soon 😅🫣

Neat c: two similar types that are sometimes hard to tell apart initially.

So, I was watching a video last night that made me come back here and write another comment that may hopefully prove itself ‘worthy’. I have recently read Jung’s Four Archetypes and have found the mother - daughter relationship quite interesting. It has further influence on the reactions and behavior that people prescribe to being a “feeler” or “thinker”. Mine happens to be the negative mother complex. At first I was kinda resistant to the idea since the initial mind reaction was: My mother is the person I have loved the most. It is still so. However, I understood what it means by reading further on it. The first example of female/male relationship we get to see is the one between our parents. And be it conscious or subconscious (as it often is), we project how we should behave by watching and analyzing the actions of the parental figure with the same gender as our own. So, if a daughter sees a type of female male relationship in which the mother is meek and the father dominant, as part of this “complex” rebellion comes first and as a most natural reaction. In this sense, being defiant to the “authority” figure at home (in my case - the father) or outside of it is the initial reaction. Sorry. I found this to be interesting since it explains the part related to behavior that people believe is linked to cognitive functions. It is to a certain degree. But far be it from 100 %.

Yes, that makes sense for certain cases.

Thank you for this helpful video. I have several ISFJ pals, and many of them are absolute sweethearts. I thought that I myself might be this MBTI type for years, but I relate more to INFJS, since I notice patterns and concepts more than the average ISFJ, who mainly fixate on the senses and more practical methods.

please someone help me figure out which one i am 😭 i’m going crazy everytime i think i’ve made up my mind i end up overthinking it again and even if i’m tired i can’t stop searching for an answer i won’t stop until i know what i am. so as you can see im analytical i’m determined i think about the past but also imagine future scenarios in a catastrophic way mostly when im worried i’m a perfectionist but i procrastinate a lot i feel like im too grounded for an infj but also i have too much presence to be a common isfj like people think im mysterious and different and also they often take me as a role model idk why but i’ve noticed that
when learning something i can’t wait to get to the result like i’m impatient and i want to already know how to do it
also have a deep fear of rejection and im a control freak (i’m a capricorn)
    so what am i ???

I have recently heard someone make a comment about ISFJs being more intuitive than average ISFJs..
Have you taken the personality test?

..the other Si dom, Istj , in current events Lavrov the Russian ambassador is Istj. And like Jung says in the description of the Si types, (Jung says ) 'it's as if the quantities they have to deal with are ...Dragons and...Locomotives.' Look at Lavrov he's in Is fairy land with the Dragons. So ...put some stress on Si and it's obvious they are badly irrational...in fairyland. I think Isfj hide it better, because they have Fe.

as a trick everyone has problems with their conflict type from socionomics, so Infj have problems with some not all Estj and Isfj is fine with them. (my brother is Isfj and Estj get in a good mood around him, where i usually get quiet around Estj.)

and then ...to have something to hold on to: ua-cam.com/video/57o9SrXKvCc/v-deo.html that's Isfj. They are 'Nurse Archetype' so your supposed to be in say a big hospital waiting room and 'OMG I feel like I'm healing just ...being in... this environment!'

Those who type ppl, esp. public figures, without actually putting the through the real mbti test and without knowing just how they think and act when not under public eye - those are the ppl who never truly “got” the mbti typology fundamental principles. In other words: tell me you are clueless about the typology/functions without telling me you are clueless
