you can automatically stretch the game every time (borderless without winexp) by basically doing everything up to the windowed step, closing the game again and then changing the values in the "GameUserSettings" file to your desired stretched resolution and setting it to "read only". Then you change your monitor's resolution every time before you start the game and the game automatically starts stretched and borderless (officially still windowed)
Guys ive found a fix if you still have black bars, make sure your taskbar is set to always shows… make sure the automatically hide your taskbar bar setting is disabled.

used a DDU tool, uninstalled the GPU drivers, reinstalled the game and the GPU drivers and then followed this guide, that fixed the issue for me
