Loved hunts in the woods, and when I heard, "I think I lost my detector," i seriously cracked up! I was always doing that, getting turned around and distracted and losing the darned thing. Fun times. And days with lesser finds make us appreciate the great hunts even more. Thanks, guys, for being so genuine.

@@PARelicHunters I never really "lost" a detector, just misplaced it. The suggestion was once made that if I got one in bright pink it might be easier for me to keep my eye on it. Pink? Uh, I don't think so. 🤣🤣🤣
@@carolyaster5466 lol! They do blend into the ground and surrounding area don’t they?! Maybe one of those pink noodles you could slice up and add to the shaft? Maybe get a whole assortment of colors for whatever mood strikes you that day!🤣

@@carolyaster5466 I don’t see my comment so I’m going to say it again. Hopefully it’s not for the second time! But I was thinking maybe get some of those pool noodles in assorted colors. Slice them up and add them to your shaft. That will make the machine easier to find and you can even use whatever color you like that day. In fact I think I’ll try it myself. 🤣

No doubt they will be pulling silver again soon! If they would have landed a permission I’m sure we would have had a run for our money!

That was a great hunt .. at least for 2 of the 4. Lol. But silver is always good. Nice video. And the north south match was really good do that again but do it more equal with a yard to yard or a woods to woods...then again like u said its never a guarantee...but still fun for us viewers to watch. A+

What a fun idea, loved the competition. I thought the Matron head a great find. I never tire of Indian head pennies. I don't think a silver dime is a bad fine, No matter who is on it. The thimbo was neat. I picture a lady in a rocking chair sewing a quilt every time. Made me think of the most awesome one I have ever saw.

I loved the dog tag! What a neat name for the dog, Laddie. If I ever have another one. I do believe Laddie is going to be It's name.

Keeping it real!👍 Yep, just how it goes sometimes, boom or bust. A little silver lining did come out of the south so not a total bust. Amazing hunt at the old site! Looks like you worked hard for them in that long grass and brushy condition. Awesome IHP’s, LC and congrats on the thimble bucket lister! Looks like a spot that would be great to hit in the spring if enough snow fell there this winter to flatten the veg down. Take care, ATB and happy hunting!
