@meemamakes agreed from Australia! I was scrolling through looking for a baby blanket with a daisy pattern for a friend's baby... I watch videos 1st! ❤yours is the 🏆 🥇 winner, I'm Inspired now, shopping tomorrow 😅😅
Thank you! I made two squares, sewed them together on 3 sides, and added a strap to make a doll sized purse for my niece. Going to try sizing it up to make her one to match!
Hi- such a helpful and in depth tutorial for a beginner crocheter! I’d love to make this but I was wondering what the dimensions were for the smaller squares in the green? Thank you !
THANK YOU so much for making this video. I was watching another video where she was putting 3 double crochet in a hole and it really didn’t “pop” like yours did. I love this one.
@@meemamakes thank you. The yarn looked very good quality and easy to work with. I’m new to crochet and yarn I’ve recently brought from HobbyCraft is quite difficult to use as it’s splits. I’m using a big hook 6mm which is recommended with yarn.
@@susanjenningsjones Yarn choice is so important! I've found that Hobbycraft can be hit and miss. If you're on a budget then I'd recommend stylecraft special dk or hayfield bonus. Debbie Bliss is quite expensive but a good alternative is Drops Design from woolwarehouse.co.uk - any of their merino or cotton yarns are great. I also have a discount code for Wool Warehouse MEEMAMAKES10. I don't earn anything from it but I am a big supporter of wool warehouse. They have a fantastic range and super quick delivery! Hopefully changing up your yarn will make things easier for you!
Many thanks, when I was researching the Debbie Bliss it took me to the Wool Warehouse and I was looking at the Drops yarn. I do like feeling the wool as I don’t like anything itchy. I don’t mind getting expensive wool once I know I’m getting better. Thanks for the code and advice😀
I’m not a fan of the normal magic ring either, it’s sooo fiddly and always opens up on my 😂 I either do this or a double magic ring. I’m glad it helped you find an alternative 😊
Wow thank you so much ❤
Wonderful teaching: so empowering! Thank you.
Thank you for this fantastic tutorial. I have now make a bag with this pattern. 💗💐👍
You are a great teacher! Not everybody has the ability to explain properly even though being professionals at their job. Thank you😊
@@zerif-toxunush Thankyou so much, your comment has made my day ❤️

You're welcome 😊
Great video thank you
What hook size and yarn were used for the green squares shown during the tutorial. They appear much smaller next to the square made in this video
@@Trish_C it was Debbie bliss baby cash merino (sport weight yarn) and a 3.5mm hook, so yes it is smaller than the hook and yarn in the tutorial
Thank you for responding so quickly. I love the smaller version and appreciate your tutorial. Thanks!! 😊
U have really explained it nicely but please let me know which number crochet hook r u using thanks
This is chunky weight yarn and a 6mm hook 😊
Great tutorial. Thank you 😊
Que bonito!!!
Soy principiante, que proyecto podria haver on estos granos?

Anything you want! I made a hat from them but you could make a bag, cushion cover, blanket etc
Great tutorial. What yarn and hook size did you use, please?
For this tutorial I used Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino, which is sport weight, with a 3.75mm hook

What size hook are you using? How do you put it together?
Beautiful❤
Hi! What size yarn?
Hi!
Can you please tell me what yarn did you use?
I don’t really like the magic ring, I don’t know why, I just don’t. So this is a really good alternative. 😊
