Sometimes, constitutional carry may be conditional such as in those states that have no laws prohibiting the open carry of a handgun but which require a permit to carry the handgun concealed.
@@XenoZbornakthat's not quite accurate. constitutional carry meaning the government may not infringe on your right to bear whatever firearm you choose as you see fit where you please. nowhere has this as law but some come close with the only real exemption of prohibited possessors not having their right to carry. places with open carry being relatively unrestricted but require a permit to conceal are in no way constitutional carry nor do they claim it.

Great comment!!! Seriously. It’s sadly getting to the point where you, me, our friends will hesitate to protect themselves, loved ones and our property because we’re thinking “If I shot this criminal IN MY HOUSE, protecting MY FAMILY, I’ll be arrested, prosecuted and thrown in prison. And when I finally get out, I’ll have nothing, the criminals family filed a civil lawsuit and TOOK EVERYTHING from you and your family. Tell me I’m wrong if that’s not what we (law abiding citizens) will think in that one moment of facing a criminal, or criminals in on your property or in your house. Doesn’t that just weigh in your gut???? Seriously.
lol there are thousands of such lawsuits, don't you ever wonder why the supposedly conservative supreme court never addresses any of the lawsuits that are blatantly anti-2A and in clear violation of the constitution? It's because keeping the 2A vulnerable helps manufacture a political divide that the political and business elites manipulate. If these issues were settled at the federal level politicians wouldn't have a carrot to dangle at pro-2A voters while they go about their primary objectives of enriching themselves in their cushy do nothing positions while they have no intention of ever fully codifying and protecting the 2A. Keeping everyone in limbo while 2A rights wither and die in more and more parts of the country is the strategy.
The Supreme Court, as well as most states, have. California, New York, and a few other insist upon violating the Peoples' natural rights. Sadly, those states violate the judgement of the Court. The only solution is to abandon those states, and those voters, to their bad decisions.
The judicial system is ran by the lawyers who owe allegiance to the B.A.R. Association, not the people. You no longer have rights that are protected by the constitution when you enter court. Your Lawyer is not obligated to you; they are obligated to each other within their law society. There was some quote of a past political head, like a President or some of the like; maybe even a law somewhere once that I remember that made the practice of “Law” and “Lawyers” banned in the States due to the semantic language and twisting and bending of truths to put them at an unfair advantage to control the entire system despite the balance of power. Plenty of lawyers in the senate, house, of course in the judiciary, of all states and many more sectors of private and governmental agencies. Couple that with an uneducated, unmotivated populace that will except anything that provide security to them, or the perception of said security, and exchange for the surreptitious surrender of their rights. Rights that 98% of our population don’t have a clue as to what they truly are, nor do they exercise them or become alarmed when others rights are infringed. PROOF⬆️

They have no right to do so! Sue the sheriffs office and take this to the Supreme Court!
lol there are thousands of such lawsuits, don't you ever wonder why the supposedly conservative supreme court never addresses any of the lawsuits that are blatantly anti-2A and in clear violation of the constitution? It's because keeping the 2A vulnerable helps manufacture a political divide that the political and business elites manipulate. If these issues were settled at the federal level politicians wouldn't have a carrot to dangle at pro-2A voters while they go about their primary objectives of enriching themselves in their cushy do nothing positions while they have no intention of ever fully codifying and protecting the 2A. Keeping everyone in limbo while 2A rights wither and die in more and more parts of the country is the strategy.

A permit to exercise your U.S. Constitutional rights outside your home? Why haven't the courts gotten rid of this nonsense?

They weren’t taken away. You can still get a FL CC, so that you can carry in other states that recognize a FL CC permit. Without a FL CC permit you are limited to only carrying in FL.
This is disgusting and LA, governor Newsom and the state of California should be sue. Charges should be brought up on them. Leaving this man defenseless after fending out these criminals is a crime within itself. Violations of all his Constitutional Rights.
This is not even ridiculous, it's infuriating. It's insane how the State can retaliate carelessly by taking away rights without due process, and get away with it as long as it fits a narrative. As much as I'd like this guy to fight for his rights, his very life could be at risk - and the biggest threat are not street criminals, but bureocrats.
What would you do in this situation, make an effort to fight back or simply move to another State?
Yes, he's a temporary hero, and not the kind of hero that Luna and Gascon want. They want him dead, which is why they yanked his permit, so the robbers can retaliate. The robbers ARE the kind of "heroes" that Luna and Gascon want to thrive.
Sue California government
This is disgusting and infuriating, I was born an raised in LA , at age 37 decided to move me an my family out of California in the middle of the pandemic, for constitutional carry state. Now an I don’t have to worry about none of this BS anymore
It’s all part of the process of Californication. Californication is a term used to refer to the blend of the word California and fornication. It refers primarily to the haphazard, mindless woke liberal state of mind that has already gobbled up most of Southern California resulting in a nightmare disguised as a dream. Illegal aliens, homelessness, junky zombies, crime, roads and sidewalks paved in human feces, lawlessness all the fruits of this woke nightmare.
Absolutely disgraceful
I feel horribly as a New Yorker life long I understand the California tyranny well. We need nationwide constitutional carry that is very very correct and simple. This is the US and we are supposed to be founded on our principles to fundamental freedoms. One of said freedoms was and is barely the 2 amendment the right to own and bear arms.
Nationwide Constitutional Carry. Make Gun Free Zones unenforceable. National Stand Your Ground law.
The right to keep and bear arms!
We already have one IE the 2A the USSA gubberment is pretending it doesn't exist.
We already have this. It is the 2A. Government recognition does not change this. In fact, such things were explicit forbidden in the declaration of Independence, the spiritual guide of the constitution
I was a lifelong New Yorker myself for the first 62 years of my life, but upon my retirement last year I GTFO as fast as I could. We have an option, we can get out and move somewhere else, we don't have to stay in these tyrannical far left-wing radical states, and you should do the same if you can. Remember that no one is making us stay here.
That is so crazy especially when your protecting your family
Pathetic move by the LAPD. Thank you Colion for shining light on this story.
In all fairness it was NOT LAPD that revoked his permit, it was the Los Angeles COUNTY Sheriff's Department that suspended it. These are two totally different agencies. I think Colion is just a little bit confused about that.

Can a citizen that was harmed by the pro-criminal California laws sue the state for being unable to have prevented it? It's time legislators be liable for the consequences of the laws they choose to pass. 😡
Let's be real. This guy probably votes for the pro criminal politicians and keeps his pro second amendment stance a secret to be part of the crowd. and is only now outraged. "First they will come for me, then they will come for you." This is the "you" phase, they only now have a problem with. Or am I to believe this crime happened to the only conservative, white, pro-Constitution millennial in the entire state? Let me play my smallest violin. He's part of the problem.
In order to sue SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY case…first you prove that the decision was made outside the individuals job description. If let’s say it was a PERSON OF LEADERSHIP’S ROLE and then file in the DISTRICT SUPERIOR COURT’S. THERE ARE SEVERAL …..CENTRAL, SOUTHERN, EASTERN & NORTHERN DISTRICT. COURTS IN CALIFORNIA. Only after that’s accomplished can you forward it to the TOP.
I winced a bit when you used the word "petty". The LAPD and the Sheriff did this for a petty reason, but that just makes their reprehensible, vindictive attack on our First and Second Amendment rights all the more monstrous.
Don’t forget the Fourth . .. .
Actually, we still don't know why
Law suit time for this man! This type of action by our governments is ridiculous and illegal.
This is insane. Without that weapon that man could be dead today. How can anyone with the ability to discern foolishness from common sense choose to live in that city?

AT SOME POINT AMERICANS ARE GOING TO HAVE TO STAND UP TO TYRANNY
Not if most of the people that live there, believe the government and trying to make things better. Too many Gavin Newsom simps in California to ever call out all of the injustices he causes.
@@Delta_NWAB747fanFacts!
Let’s go! Who will be able to organize this?
Sure it’ll happen when the 2020 Selection gets fixed 👍
We must sue the state for the dangerous practices and policies against its citizens. That is the only way we can push the issue. Only other solution is to move out the state, because at this point this is an attack on the law abiding citizens. Who’s to say this man won’t need to protect himself again in the near future.
So pay a lawyer a quarter million out of pocket just for the crooked judge to toss the case? Makes perfect sense.
Exactly, we fight, push back. Where one live is their home, your castle, you defend it. If the state in which you live pushes back due to personal beliefs contrary to protected rights, you fight that too. You don’t tuck tail & run, just like you wouldn’t abandon your home/family, that turns you into a victim. Have to stand up to these one sided special interests bureaucrats. It makes you a protector to stand up for what is right, if you don’t the issues never change.
Being abused and/or tortured into behavior marketed as suing? Law suits are fictional.
Wow, that is petty indeed. Punishing a potential victim for legally defending himself?
Utterly disgusting!!! Wish charges could be filled on the establishment who cancelled his permit!!!
Another reason California should start drifting into the pacific sooner
We should give it to mexico at this point. Half of their citizens are there anyway

Colon got it wrong in this video:
1) The thumbnail is of the new LASD Sheriff - De Luna
2) The LASD and the LAPD are NOT the same department. There is so much rivalry between the 2 at times that, no back up risks happen.
3) LAPD Chief - Michael Moore.
There is no such thing as the LAPDSO, Einstein. 🤨

We need more people like this to help defend our RIGHTS
Every single person here needs to contact the mayor and LASD. THIS IS UNACCEPABLE and PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
