I was having issues loading the Ubisoft + page with the catalog of games to download. I tried everything and the ONLY solution for me was reverting the launcher to beta mode. That finally worked for me!
The store on my app seems to start working again after visiting their website and checking out the store on there. Maybe that's why the 'password reset' option is working, because it's forcing people onto their website first.
Not one of these solutions worked for me, i even reinstalled windows for a unrelated reason, and still ubisoft connect has infinite loading screen in the store. I’m not buying one more game from them untill they fix this! Perhaps more people should hold devs responsible for these kind of problems, they redid the whole app, made it way worse, and still managed to keep the problems of the old one.
I got into the Store page by right-clicking on the Ubisoft Connect Icon in my system tray and clicking on the Store link. I don't know why this works, but clicking on the store link at the top of the Ubisoft Connect window itself doesn't work.
Finaly it worked after delete the cache! it have been a problem for 1 year now lol! Tried to connect to Ubisoft about this issue is impossible no ansver and only automatic suggestions and so on it is SO bad!
My problem is that when i download ubisoft open and close it it will automaticly delete from pc i cant find it anywhere the launcher is bugged idk what to do
Heads up for who uses Adguard for windows. Turning off Adguard Protection solved the issue for me. For some reason Ubisoft store can't go through Adguard filters.
READ THIS IF YOU CANT FIX THIS ISSUE: I 've solved this problem several times following this video. Thanks for that "last fix"! But today, I had to fix this issue again... Nothing worked this time, so I reinstalled the app. Unsurprisingly, that didn't work either. I kinda gave up and left the app open loading the shop and distracted with something else. Suddenly 3 hours later, Ubisoft Connect appeared over what I was doing and the store loaded in. Maybe it was just a server sided issue this time? Anyways, the poin is.. If you can't fix it, just let it work. for some stupid reason Ubisoft (I love Ubisoft btw) seems to be the only company in the world that can't seem to make a client that just works. EA used to be in this category, but after EA Desktop they finally figured it out (its not perfect, but it works). Take care everyone and thanks for the video! It has helped me before and it will continue to help people well into the feature (if Ubisoft keeps up the phase) :D
