the seating config is stupid. having lived in several metropolitan areas with trains being the main form of transit, why is the seating mix and match between front and side. make them all side seating and add more overhead rings for standees.
I was on one of the newest trains the other day and still a lot of noise, must be steel on steel making that noise on the tracks. I am no expert. The very old trains are scary they shake so bad that one expects them to jump the tracks (hoping not of course).
After Moscow and «Moscow 2024» train.. Mark V looks extremely dull (inside). But I really love the exterior (unlike «Moscow 2024»). Wish we can have (only in dreams) the train with Mark V exterior and «Moscow 2024» interior 😇 Greetings from Russia ❤
They don't care about you. They care about accommodating the flood of Indians coming into the country who are used to riding trains packed in like sardines. Don't be shocked they make spots available on the roof in the coming years.
There should be some education what Senior seats mean. Often occupied by young able bodied people who put their earbuds in and sit bent over (to prevent eye contact) and do not give a hood about seniors or other disabled people standing right next to them.
In BC English is acceptable. Thought I agree in part as English and French is our official language in Canada, not that new comers care about what language we actually speaks
We need these yesterday. Overcrowding is a serious issue on both Expo and Millennium lines. These will be the workhorses of the fleet

New trains, wow. How to alleviate overcrowding, can the trains technically be closer together than the 3 minutes? Maybe not. Safety is important.
On the Expo Line they already run up to every 100 seconds. The design is for up to 75 seconds.
