Kurze Frage warum keine Stöcker im down? Komme damit super zurecht und gibt mir mehr Sicherheit vor allem auf steilem Schotter. Bin aber weit kein Profi, vielleicht gibt es ja einen guten Einwand ✊

Hey Elias, gute Frage!
Hier die Antwort von Lukas:
Ich versuche immer, die Stöcke in meinen Rucksack zu packen, wenn ich bergab laufe. Das entlastet meinen Oberkörper und erlaubt mir, mich auf eine schnelle und dynamische Lauftechnik zu konzentrieren (ähnlich wie beim Laufen in der Ebene). Der Fokus liegt ganz auf meiner Fußarbeit. Nur wenn meine Beine extrem müde sind und das Gelände besonders steil und technisch ist, können die Stöcke auch bergab zur Entlastung der Beine eingesetzt werden.
