Ah yes the thrilling prequel to the thrilling sequel of the thrilling indie title "Frog Detective 2" I can't wait for the final vod to be uploaded so the trilogy may be finished, I love these games.
This is such a cozy series, and I'm glad that Jello, Glass, and Piph had a lovely time with it back in 2020. And I'm also glad that people that originally missed that stream get to watch it here and now!
I love this! I think the second one was even more fun. Another game with cute animals I enjoyed was A Short Hike. It's not a walk-and-talk like this one, but the dialog reminds me of this. One of the few games I'd put at 10/10 (and you can turn down the pixel look too, if the graphics is what stops you) and the platforming is insanely easy because of the main mechanic, which is nice because I suck at platforming normally!
I fink what Frog Detective figured out, is a adventure game does not have to be clever or reach a playtime of 5 hours. Just be fun, just be fun and people buy.
