So what did you do, Did you derive all of the new parts from the original solid?

Create a sketch on the right plane with four lines and two points, and use dimensions and constraints to define the shape and size of the sketch.
Use the spline interpolation tool to create a curved shape on the sketch, and use dimensions to control the curvature.
Copy the sketch and paste it on two offset planes, one on the left and one on the right, and use the mirror tool to create a symmetrical copy of the sketch across the XY plane.
Use the loft tool to create a surface that connects the three sketches, and use the patch environment to modify the surface as desired.
Use the project geometry tool to create a sketch on the XY plane that intersects the surface at the centers of the extrusions, and use the extrude tool to create a solid body from the sketch.
Use the split body tool to cut the solid body or the face by the surface, and delete the unwanted parts. or use the extrude face option on the face to the new 2D surface.
Let me know if it makes sense
