@@rodsammetstarta you learn to cope tbh stretching and making sure not to overwork is the only way to relieve some of it but it’s never fully gone

I don't know what your pain is like but I find that compression and heat help a lot! I use cold to help with swelling but try to use that sparingly as it decreases blood flow which can very often make the pain worse- heat does the opposite! and compression helps keep everything in a more stable spot and helps the nerves calm down :)))
edit: I'm hypermobile, working on getting tested for hEDS.

Thanks for this because this afternoon around 4 i got off the bus and stepped on an uneven spot of driveway where asphalt meets gravel. Since my bag was a bit heavy and I'm small I lost balance fell and scraped the thin skin of my knee on the jagged dark edge of the asphalt and it made a horribly deep cut.
