I learnt this as a teenager from Mrs Shireen Anwar many years ago when she held cooking classes at home much before the time of cooking channels. It was a favourite of my late father who often requested me to make it and referred to it simply as 'the khoya cake'. Will hopefully try it again soon after so many years. Thanks. Any alternative for khoya for this cake specifically.. there are days when you don’t want to do the extra step of making khoya tu something for the lazy ladies ?
Both you mother daughter are famous and blessed enough to beg for like, share and subscribe ( the way Shireen apa did today). It makes it seem as if you have this channel more for monetary reasons than for the love of cooking and teaching.
