- In this tutorial, I have shown how to stitch irregular long & short stitch for bird feathers and fur. This is the same as regular long & short stitch, however, the stitches are slightly irregular to obtain that fluffy look.

This is interesting and beautiful work however, I would like to know about the materials you use, needle, fabric and type of thread?
Material is usually muslin , embroidery needles, and embroidery floss thread. Any craft store will carry these. I buy mine on Amazon. 😊
