The things I love more about this is, to watch the structures that are showing up at the same time you are passing the trimmer, and the blower, like a path or a patio built with beautiful flat rocks, or a cement spot with some pots with dry plants on it, that make think how beautiful that house was when people took care of it. Most of the times those abandoned houses belongs to elderly people, at the Nursing Homes or maybe death, and I feel sad in a way. But your impeccable work gives back the life, shinning and the original beauty to all these houses. God Bless you!

This was totally hypnotizing for some odd reason. This property went from a total crop of weeds, to a yard with a personality. Amazing how you brought it back to life. There were little hidden treasures of some nice brickwork under all that overgrowth. It's like this great ''reveal". Quite dramatic is an understatement. Amazing also that a yard in such poor condition is surrounded by a fence that's held up quite well, considering. No missing or broken slats on the fence
or falling over sections. Great job!!!!!!! Love the one huge palm tree. Like the focal point of the yard...lol.

Your Skag was just the right thing to have for this. Very nice you involved the guy next door to help. Turning into an Archeology Day, as ??? re-appear out of the overgrowth. That trimmer line was pretty impressive. That place looked far better when you were done. Glad you enjoyed the speedy help of the big blower.

As an international lawn care expert, I was very impressed at your knowledge of the rare "American wispy thing" plant. At first, I thought you stumbled upon an illegal grow operation! But you knocked them all down so smugglers could not come back and reclaim them to sell. Well done! Almost 43 minutes of excellent viewing fun! Thanks!! It looked amazing. I am glad you used the skag to mow that. A pushmower would have been a nightmare in that mess. That's what the skag is for... saving your back and legs from too much toil. You get enough exercise doing all that trimming. I predict you'll have 50,000 before the end of the year. Good luck because this is a fun channel to watch!

Smashing job. These makeovers show how even if you've used a sensible mix of grass seed / turf for your lawns if the place is neglected and not kept under 3" you soon get everything by way of tough grass seeds blowing in from around you and these long grasses are the result.

Those palm fronds are like a plank of wood, lucky you didn't run over one of those hidden in the grass. Great job Tim!

This was awesome! I usually don't comment but I was well impressed by the outcome on this one. Also I am one who usually skips through these vids, I had to watch this straight through! Not only do you keep it interesting trying different equipment, but you are entertaining as well! Looks like Jake was loving his go with the Scag! Love what you're doing, keep it up! Wow too many exclamation marks...

Tim, you must have a sixth sense of where to find the overgrown abandoned properties, The Scag can handle it! Well done mate!

No mate, it’s a terrible disease where I spend time hunting for them. I often do shout outs on my social media but rarely anything comes of that✌️

I have a SCAG and I can tell you first hand they are a BEAST….. I slid into metal fence post and it cut it down from three inches to a half inch before it bound up. The spindle nut backed off and the entire spindle dropped down, didn’t break only burned the belt. I popped everything back into place and was back up and running no damage.
I replaced the blade and the belt when I got back to the shop obviously but I can’t think of any other piece of equipment I own that could handle such abuse and keep going. Excellent choice IMO.
