Only the choke is helpful in ur case, turn the ignition on, pull the choke up & then start the engine, leave it on idle for 10-15 mins for the engine to warm up, i would suggest to swap ur engine with 1.3 or 1.6 baleno engine

@@the7thwanderer thank you fir reply and also like to ask you if i change my engine to baleno 1.6 , will the mileage also be increased. Currently with my carburatore 1000cc engine i m getting the mileage of 8/9 km per litre.
And also can you tell me approximately how much will it cost for baleno 1.6 engine

With the baleno engine (if overhauled correctly) can easily get you more than 10kmpl infact, the mileage is better than 1.3L engine, iridium spark plugs to be used & free wheel hubs along with it, im getting 8-9kmpl on my 1.3L engine with AC
