Jared & Ivanka's house there by the causeway was originally one they were just renting. They had bought a vacant lot from Iglesias (who had 3). What you pointed out as "Julio Iglesias' plot" might be the Kushners' lot being prepped for construction. One of the houses you flew over is Iglesias' only home on the island. So, he has one other vacant plot there. But I never heard of many of the other residents. I think a few of them are South Americna refugee billionaires and I don't know about the others.

Nah -- not even. They are probably in the $250 - 300 million range, together with the lot. When Javanka bought the lot 3 years ago, it was just $30 mil. A top-of-the-line bespoke house would probably cost $75 mil, if that.
