A soul train, a train that blocks an ambulance from getting to an emergency or an ambulance to getting to a hospital. And if an ambulance runs off it's lights bringing a person to a hospital, the person has sadly passed away
Back when I was in high school, sometimes the school buses ran late in the mornings getting the students to school on time because they'd get stopped by a train at a crossing that was on the bus route. 6 years after I graduated, they built an overpass over the tracks.
Bro.. you can’t just build a bridge over or under a train track, it disturbs the line, and it would take SO LONG. EVEN A YEAR, to build bridges for all of americas railroad crossings. So no, that’s not an option kid.
They can have an ambulance at the other side of the track, maybe won't solve the problem of getting to the hospital but, at least EMTScan arrive and provide basic emergency care, like CPR, oxygen etc..
Very expensive for 1 death. I mean it might not be worth it. This is very rare are isn't a good solution. Yes it's horrible, but just create a better route.
