The Bighorn used to be easy to get. I had a load that I broke down for exotic components when the new expertise system came in. Funny how things change
I got it on floor 10 on Legendary, with a Hunters Fury Scorpio memento build. I got it 2 days in a row within 10 min each try. I was surprised I thought I had to farm for hours. You don’t even have to set targeted loot as AR.
Proof is in the pudding, and this seems to be a nasty build. I wish I could run it, but any headshot build is not something I can run effectively. Still, I’m dumb and I want to try it because I’m bored with other builds.
Thing I don't understand is why are you running the bighorn with that build knowing it's an assault rifle not SMG and it only works with headshot which you're losing out on a lot of damage Because intimidate is very situational when you take too much damage you lose 35% of that damage.
Ok, so my thoughts on hunters fury is that it is a close range build, not necessarily an SMG or shotgun build. That 15% *additive* damage is a very minor perk for using those weapons, that’s all. You’re not gonna win or lose many fights because of such a small amount of damage. Why hunters fury synergizes well with the bighorn is because headshot builds are far more effective close range, so we’ll always be getting that 15% amplified damage. Plus, unlike a crit build where you need rolls of both crit chance and crit damage, a headshot build only needs headshot damage. One roll, and gear sets only have one attribute. A perfect fit. And you’re right, intimidate is situational. But it definitely should be, as it gives you SO much damage. But whats the condition? You need to be up close. Again, this is a close range build, so you always wanna be up close. What if you’re not able to build up intimidate stacks? Well, the bighorn gives you up to 100% headshot damage, which is an insane amount of damage. For these reasons, we’re able to run 6 blues while still (potentially) dealing a huge amount of damage
@@aBL1NDnoob Time to kill is everything. If the build doesn't work properly or as intended for the gear set, you're not using it right cuz the weapon damage doesn't belong with the bighorn for Hunter's fury. Only the SMG on your back gets the 15%. You're better off making a headshot build with assault rifle damage if that's your main weapon as the bighorn but what most players don't understand about this game is all about counters. If a person's running flatline and spotter someone runs pulse resistance and if somebody was to run up on you all they have to do is put damage on you. and you will lose your 35% intimidate especially if somebody is hitting you with amplified damage. You would die within a half a clip cuz you're better off making a build with survivability and damage. That's why I suggested a regen build if you was going to use the bighorn regardless if you think you're not good at strafing cuz practice makes perfect when you try.
@@J-reezy20Gaming as I explained in the video, I prefer 20% amplified damage to 15% HSD and 5% DtA. Plus, I prefer having the power spike that HF gives you. Personal preference. And tbh, if I hit my shots with this build, I’m going to beat any crit build out there, and it won’t even be close. Relying on strafing and regen, it’s not my thing. I’m not good at it and I don’t enjoy it. And enjoyment is my main priority, as this is a game after all. Since I started playing this game years ago, I could count the number of times I’ve run the META builds on my left hand. That’s not me. I do my thing, and I really enjoy it. And that’s why I share my builds, cuz I want others to enjoy them too. And never have I posted a build that was not effective damage and/or survivability-wise
For PvE you mean? Sorry about that. It’s 4 pieces of hunters fury, headshot rolled on everything. All blue cores. Memento backpack with a headshot mod. Hadsberg chest piece with intimidate, HSD and handling. Bighorn and the sharpshooter specialization
PvP: 4 pieces hunters fury all with headshot damage. Intimidate chest with headshot damage and handling. Adrenaline rush backpack with headshot damage and handling. They can be 2 of Hadsberg, Providence, Fenris. Bighorn. Sharpshooter specialization for some extra stability. For PvE, just swap out the backpack for memento
New way of thinking. Love the diversity
Just found ur channel a few days ago and u have helped a ton

Been super helpful and ur conflict skills are 🔥 Just watching makes me better 👍
Love this build and want to try it. Have you got your Bighorn rolled to DTOC or Headshot? Thanks for the great content. Keep it coming.
Bighorn rolled to DTOC. Enjoy. It’s a fun, rewarding build
Nice build bro keep up the great work!

Love to hear that. Maybe you can even alter it to better suit your play style and make it your own
Interesting....

You are not running this build against any decent player.
Exactly what I was thinking🤣
