Learn how to make a 3D Pop-Up Flower Bouquet as decor or a card!
Handmade cards are always a hit, but this one is also a pop! My new 3D pop-up flower bouquet looks complex, but it's really a simple process, you just have to follow the steps closely to get the perfect pop-up card! I'll show you some helpful tips, including how I have my Cricut add a super secret cheat code to help with assembly!

* Two to Eight (2-8) Sheets of 8.5" x 11" or 12" x 12" 65 lb. Solid Core Green Cardstock, for foliage pieces - amzn.to/3JflWU0

This turned out very cute. I did make some changes for my preferences and to enhance the project. I LOVE that Jennifer Maker keeps her projects simple and accessibe. It is easy to do the project "as is" and have something lovely, or add some enhancements or make changes to make it your own. To add dimension and depth I added a band around the pot, used two slightly different greens for the leaves, used distress ink around the edges of the pot (I used a greyish brown paper for the pot), and on the band I added to the pot, as well as on the edges of each of the tulip petals (main petals and single) and on the front and back of the leaves. I also added an additonal single tulip petal to the back of each tulip so that the flowers look nice from both sides. On the front I used gold foil printable sticker paper in place of the red heart with a Mother's Day message and added adhesive pearl accents around it. So it looks like a gold emblem with metal studs on the front of a stone pot. I also chose pastel colors for the tulips.

This is just what I have been looking for. A friend of mine is turning 99 in a few weeks and she likes my 3d cards so I wanted to make something bright and happy. This fits perfectly.

Love this project Jennifer! One tip I had was I stuck a piece of scrap paper in the notches for G and H. It really helped me slide those last two pieces in!

This video is the reason I finally bought a Cricut Joy. This was my third project, really the first after cricut's intro projects. Piece A and B would not work - Rotated 90 and perfect. Some of the crafts I enjoy are either becoming unaffordable or I am having difficulties with vision. I didn't want to make another big investment. The card came out great, easy and fun. Jennifer, I have been a huge fan since I bought my Maker. My huge frustration are the rollers. I have severe arthritis in both wrists but I kept moving them back in place at great pain. Watched several videos about replacing but due to arthritis I could not do it. I researched but no one in the Indy area replaces rollers. So I decided to purchased a reconditioned Maker from Cricut as it is such a cost saver. But reading the reviews, I think that would be a mistake-even buying a new one.
I know you have used Cricut machines for years. Have you ever had the roller problem? Or as a sponsor, do you receive new ones frequently?
I read so many reviews about this problem on the Maker. At 73 and on a mixed income, I want to make a smart decision. I love the Maker but I am at a point that I have to do something asap. Thank you, Debbie

I haven't done papercraft for years, but I was really good at it once. I still have my archive of patterns, but it's not of much use to me, because I cut everything by hand with scissors, and I can't see well enough to do that anymore, and I can't really afford a cutting machine...is there a printing place where I can just pay, and have someone print it out, and cut it for me?
I have about a TB of patterns that I can't use!
We do have the files that you can print and cut out by hand. I am not sure if places like Staples will cut it out for you or not. You can check with your local printing stores to see what they say.

Hi Jennufer, are we supto change the cut lines to score? I see in the video that yours look like a tiny cut line, and on mine, they look one cut line.

There are 2 different SVGs for this. one with score lines that have to be changed from cut to score and attached and a no-score SVG. jennifermaker.com/3d-pop-up-flower-bouquet/
Hi Jennifer. Great idea. I am having difficulty with the A and B pieces on the Joy. I have been using the foil pen for my score lines and have changed the appropriate setting and attached them to their prospective files. When I go to cut A and piece B I can't continue. I have tried reuploading the file. I have tried deleting the score marks for pieces A and B to just cut. Switched from regular to Beta. Not sure where to go next. Thank you.
Redownload the SVG if you downloaded this before the last update in design Space. You can also use the no-score SVGs that are provided.
@@JenniferMaker Deleted the old SVG's in the system. Restarted my computer. Updated DS and downloaded the files again. On pieces A and B, they can cut and or draw the letters but does not cut out the foliage. Tried both score and no score SVG's. Everything else worked beautifully. Unless you have another idea, I'll just print pieces A and B and cut them out. Thank you
Hello, I am unable to print A & B. I was able to print all others, but A&B on the JOY size does not print. Please help! I love this and what to send out at a birthday pop up card.
I just looked at the pdf files and they should print out fine. Try printing just A and B again. It worked for me. The SVG files for the Joy work as well on the Cricut.
