I will suggest not to fall in this trap(Also if you are in H1B then your dependent spouse can't work there). Also you have to stay away from your dear ones. I came back with in 1 year & switched to 45 lakh package in India. I still believe there are enough opportunities in India to explore your career.
Sir one more thing. Tenure of on-site also matters. After waiting for 5 years getting an on-site opportunity for 1-2 year will not be financially beneficial. Moreover if u have a child then on-site is no longer a lucrative option. I have seen people did not take child just for the sake of on-site savings. This is a vicious loop.

My plan is to resign now, move company 'A', then after a year again switch good MNC company like Infy,Wipro etc, and look for onsite.. will I get onsite onsite in other companies if I move out of TCS. ??? It's pending on company end and now it's their headache to complete it on or before time. In case there is any delay, don't worry company will allow you to join and the BGv process continues even after your joining till it gets completed. This process can take few months to complete and TCS is a very big company and there are thousands of new joine every day so the process can take time
