Hnji bilkul kar sakte hain, makhni gravy ke baut variations hote hain. Onions add kar ke bhi bana sakte hain, kuch log capsicum bhi add kar te hain, aap ko jaise acha taste baithe waise banayen
Strong flavours vale khade masale nikaal len jaise ki dalchini, moti elaichi.... Actually main reason yeh hota hai ki agar gravy zada der store karni parti hai to... Yeh gravy ka colour bhi change karte hain aur inka flavour zada strong aa jaata hai.... Agar kam se kam peese jayen to koi baat nai hoti hai.... ...
Kashmiri red chilli powder use karti hoon zada tar..... Catch ki karti hoon thori reasonable hoti hai aur colour bhi bahut acha hai. Agar degi mirch leni hai to MDH ki achi hoti hai

50 _ 50 gms kaju magaz chalega and khade masale aap apne according thora ghata ke le len.... Aap jitna khud se experiment karenge, aap zada achi gravy bana paoge.... Khud se bara koi teacher nai.
Ek baar mere kehne pe khud try kar ke dekhiye ga, idea to aap le hi sakte ho... Jab aap khud baar baar try karoge na, to dekhna aap apni gravy ke master ban jaoge.... Else I will help. Just give a try.

You can add onions, but I used to make with tomatoes only. As we put onions in white gravy..... So not required in makhni gravy
