Born and raised in SF until at 18 I joined the Army and got to live in Germany, South Korea and Japan over the course of 10 years. I now been too 40 countries. I came back to SF for a scholarship and to spend time with my dad but after two semesters I said fuck this place and moved to Thailand and now I am in Bali. The rest of the world is so much more beautiful than the bay area and people are so much more friendly. It was very depressing to see how the city has gone to pure shit and how many of my childhood friends allowed drugs to hold them back in life and how there is so much theft and lack of trust in society. Glad I left but I miss the food.
This might be the most on the nose, accurate representation of the bay area as it is currently. And will age well as a record in time. Thanks for creating this, I hope to see more stuff from you. And here's to hoping the country can escape the oligarchical hellscape we've fallen into. Cheers.
i watch all ur vids dude sadly im stuck across the pond but id love to have had a chance to ride the rails n see america iv been homeless for a few years and grifted the length and width of my lands for a few more and even tho im technically 'housed person' once again i no longer feel at home here, this is a godforsaken small island it really is and that makes it so much easier for them to disarm brainwash and monitor the population things have really changed since freedom and privacy were once considered normal rights but the masses seem to have been made to forget this and we now suffer under big brothers watch in my village nobody goes out after 9pm if your seen leaving your home after 10/11pm by the cctv theyv fitted around all the housing and backroads then 5o are sent to question you and take your details its horrible.. im also just soo jealous of the sheer landmass you have available it appeals greatly to my nomadic tendencies :) only 1 minute in and your intros awesome dude lol facts.. Much love bro, stay free ✌❤✊
Age. It's all about your age. There is an age (and I'm not sure when it happened) that SF stops being fun, and just becomes annoying. I hate LA - but that doesn't happen there. LA is LA. Seattle? Pfff - it is what it is. But SF is awesome like how PB and J is awesome - until you grow up - and you just don't want it for every meal.
As a European, and as bad as it it here, California seems like an absolute sh1thole.
@@reteptetep5078 keep watching propaganda and not experiencing the world for yourself
@@blankface_propaganda has about got WW3 started.lol
your right CA is mostly a shit hole besides the far north.

I love SF's nightlife. DNA Lounge is probably my favorite spot in the city for raves. That scummy little venue holds a special place in my heart.
15+ Years in the city and you pretty much nailed the analysis!
There's an old saying..."See Frisco and die".
Great overview of the area. SF sounds awesome to me. I need to get out there before I'm too old. Great video....thanks!

Thanks for creating! I’d love to see your take on Portland if you get a chance to visit, or even better, live there for a meaningful amount of time.
Been there, I like it a lot but would definitely have to spend more time there to understand how things work
I don’t know how I found you. But I love you. Thank you for your perspective on this corporate hellscape that is the USA.

If you go be sure to wear some flowers in your hair. And be sure to take a heater with you.
