- This is a rundown of EVERYTHING I have crocheted, knit and sewed over the last 6 months, going through tops, dresses, accessories and a couple extra items. Sadly I don't own everything I made anymore after having sold or given away a lot of the things I have made so I'm mostly showing the items I kept or have made more recently (and might sell soon!!).

The way you use sewing terms like “panels” when you describe your knit pieces shows me your proficiencies across different types of needlework gives you a unique edge to making garments. Inspiring to those who know one of these skills and is unsure to pick up another… always go for it!

I am so glad I found this channel. So many knitting channels on UA-cam are to my taste are a bit bland. Stay creative and not pressured by TikTok, I G and UA-cam. Work on your own pace and stick to your style which is frigging amazing.

i love the knit bags!! for the tote, you can try sewing in a fabric lining to make it less stretchy - in my experience it helps the bag hold its shape a lot better! :)

12:52 - 14:19 for the ruched dress that you made (that looks absolutely amazing btw) if its too short maybe you could try making like a second layer of ruches then another ruffle. Like maybe sew a long piece of fabric underneath the ruffle layer you have rn then make it rushed until the length you want and leave out another ruffle. idk how to sew or anything but I think it might work

With the more see through dress you could turn it into a jumper by using ribbon and scrunching up the sides maybe so it's like a really baggy jumper
For the apres dress maybe you could put a second underlaying white ruffle to make it slightly longer? It’s so cute!

With the straps you could try crocheting a cord to go through the middle and sew the handle around it for extra strength?
absolutely loved this video, could have been twice as long. there are so many americans who make this content but i'm yet to find more english so i've already subscribed :) I love how you talk through each piece and what you would have done differently/lessons learnt. its so interesting to know! especially how all the different fibres have reacted to what you wanted to make and like the vision you had for each piece. can't wait to see what you have made by the end of the year!x

You should get a pair of stitch stoppers for the end of knitting needles so the stitches don't fall off!
can you make some tutorials for those awesome midi/ maxi dresses? they look unique and so beautiful- wow!
If you have any leftover fabric from making the Après dress, maybe in theory you could cut off the ruffles you have on there now, sew on a new piece that is narrower (less fabric going around), and then cover up the attachment seam with a couple of sheering seams. But it also kind of looks like you used a slightly thicker fabric than what the original dress is made from, which can make it stick out more anyways, so who knows:)
PLS drop a tutorial or pattern on the fuzzy hats they’re too cute!

These are all so cute!! The daisy knit vest is absolutely stunning, your hard work rlly paid off :)). Also you should consider buying some wooden or plastic hangers, i used to be a wire hanger girlie but they ruined the shape of so many of my (store bought) knit tops 😔

I’ve recently acquired a knitting machine and have been struggling to find any help/inspiration on how to use it and what to make with it (it’s an old and uncommon model). Easier way to do those crazy stripes is so a test of the correct sts count to figure out how long you need for each steps, then pre-tie your scraps into a crazy/magic ball. Then you can just knit it up and your color changes just happen. And you can use an invisible join to avoid ends.

thank you so much, I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I didn't follow a pattern but I just made 2x rectangles for the body, 2x rectangles for the arms, and then added ribbing for the turtleneck, arm cuffs and the hem

I really really struggled at the beginning too! There are surprisingly lots of resources on yt but I can’t really recall any specific ones, I usually just searched for specific issues I was having. I would like to make a video about this in the future though :)

Any suggestions for a good cotton/linen yarn? I use Wecrochet's Cotlin, but I hate how many fibers come off of it when I'm working something up.
100% would always recommend Sostrene Grene for cotton yarn, the softest and easiest cotton yarn I've every worked with!!
