Journey over grueling mountains, hazardous swamps, and bone-dry deserts on a distant world far from civilization - it is just you, your fellow adventurers and the amazing, jet-powered hover-buggy you built yourself. Explore, crash your vehicle, build a better one, and get as far as you can with whatever spare parts you find along your way.
Trailmakers is about building very awesome vehicles and machines, but you don’t need an engineering degree to get started. The intuitive builder will get you going in no time. Everything you build is made from physical building blocks. Each block has unique features like shape, weight and functionality. They can be broken off, refitted and used to build something new. Individually the blocks are fairly simple, but combined the possibilities are endless.
Expedition Mode is the challenging campaign mode of Trailmakers. You are competing in an off-world rally expedition with only a few building blocks to get you started. You must build, tinker with and rebuild your machine to progress. Journey through a big world, overcome deep gorges, angry wildlife and dangerous weather to progress and find new parts that will juice up your machine. The world in Expedition Mode will test your survival skills and ingenuity.
Sandbox Mode is where you want to head for an unrestricted, sandbox, vehicle-building experience. Here you can build anything you can dream of, and play around with it in the world of Trailmakers. It is a great place to test out crazy machines, and experiment with the physics engine. With tons of different blocks, hinges, thrusters and interactive vehicle parts - the skybox is the limit.
Trailmakers is even more fun if you play it with other people. Build cool vehicles and compete in mini-game modes with your friends or other Trailmakers online. Build a helicopter, send it to your friend, and shoot them out of the sky. Put two seats on a tank, and let your friend control the turret. As we get further in Early Access development Expedition Mode will also be adapted to multiplayer.

Multiplayer Monday idea: You each build a boat with a vacuum pump connected to a chest filled with concrete. The goal is to sink the other ships by building on them (And weighing them down) using the vacuum pump. (Day 11)

Imagine scrap mechanic with servers like this so you wouldnt play alone
Imagine if there was enough content in SM survival to feel like you can progress through the game enough to want to play that mode with company.
That, and the physics stop hating the notion of multiplayer in creative. I'd love to be allowed to use bearings like how they are supposed to be used.

You can start a series where you make a public server and each episode you do races/challenges with viewers.
That would actually me awesome. If scrapman hosts the server and see who randomly joins, and thinks he's real even. That'd be sick

yeah 4 people on a 4 people server. Lots of community there if moonbo, kosmo, kan and scrapman joins.
That'd be awesome. Could have each of them joining random servers. And do a video montage. And then the finale is, you all join the same.

Ah, yes war thunder on 15 frames, and trail makers not letting me play.
@@Kenya_Berry If you're lucky and live less that a mile away from the HQ of your "Mobile Internet" provider... like me.
I can get a near constant 40/10 Mbit/s... at least when its not 6pm - 8pm and everyone gets online, then it can drop as low as 1/5 Mbit/s
On console/xbox, I would like to tell you how much i watch and enjoy what you do. I logged in on a computer to say thank you and hope your having a great year. a shame xbox doesn't have comments.
Scrapman when he can't record with his friends: I'm gonna join random public servers
Kan when he can't record with his friends: I'm gonna build AI racecars so I don't need friends
Also Scrapman, you should start streaming. It could be a fun thing, especially in Tear Down. You could take in our ideas on how to do the missions while doing them.

I always used to struggle with this term. So much so that it became my pet peve every time I noticed I did it wrong. "Than" is comparing 2 things (7 is bigger than 6) where as "then" is talking about order of sequence (I ate lunch. Afterwards, I then ate dinner).
He said he was making a song from a different artist name and then he would tell us when he is ready although it won't be from SM.

Was a great idea. I've actually been thinking why you never played with anyone. So many creative people out there it could definitely be an experience. New builds and ideas could come from it.

I have absolutely terrible internet, so I know I would never be able to meet ScrapMan online. But this video has absolutely made my day, seeing the interactions and impromptu show and tells from random people. This is truly top tier content.

It's cool because you also see other player's creations that they didn't upload to the workshop (yet or just don't want to upload) or even failed prototypes of creations they will upload later
Honestly this is why I love this community. Everybody builds awesome stuff
They need to make the actual youtubers or influencer related to Trailmakers or any games has a check mark on beside their name tag or any type of verification icon to identify which is real and which is not. That way, there will be no more "wait, r u real?" and of course, no more impersonators.
And a way to shut it off, in case u wabt to be sneaky

i try this on xbox one. but either i get massive lag, or lack in interest from other players.. love this game, but multiplayer on console is a mess :(

AYYYYYY im explorer77, i was def suspicious at first but when you spawned the plane i stared to wonder, then you tried everything out, and ya sorry bout the plane it works but its weird and most of the lag was from massive creations being spawned repaired or destroyed

This actually gave me a fun idea. You've done boat battles where one person drives and the other shoots, why not a tank battle of the same type? One driver and one gunner?
