My ex left me 2 plus years ago now and i had to come back to being me. Having a life single again. It has been tough after 23 years of marriage but I needed this time to gain self confidence again. And to learn to totally lean on God for everything and during this time God has been my husband helping me and taking care of me. God is faithful!

I’ve been there and I wish that I would have heard this before I sacrificed so much energy fasting and praying and doing all the “things”. Every time they request, I took to the Lord through prayers and God shows me sign .. since 2020 May I surrender my love life to God waiting on God , deleted social media account.. I was reading about Noah recently. He had no-one to share in the burden of building the ark for 120 years and only received ridicule during that time. He had a promise from God and a part to play. Often we see prophets in the Bible having to go through a period of crrying their promise/warning/message from God with no other human to agree or give comfort. But that doesn't make it any less true. God's grace and presence is sufficient for you.

I have experienced something similar. I won’t won’t elaborate because I want to keep my situation between God and I for now. But I agree that if God said it to you, then it WILL happen. God is always FAITHFUL! We can trust him to do what he says. Only you know what you’ve heard and experienced. I have learned through my own situation that we can’t lean on advice from church leaders, family or friends etc. because they didn’t hear what God said to us. Hes working in me and I trust in her as well. I definitely know the roller coaster feeling and the enemy trying to lie or make you feel like you haven't heard right. He really comes at me with the constraint of time since half my life was spent in substance abuse and I feel wasted but the Lord will continue to use it for Good and can redeem time whenever he wants. Your heart is so beautiful sister and your faith is inspiring. From the moment I heard the name of my Kingdom Spouse it was over four years before we were brought together in a romantic way. We just had our one year anniversary of coming into agreement together with God on our relationship. It has been a beautiful year. We live in different countries and have decided to wait another year to see each other. For me that is because the courtship is so beautiful. It is a Song of Solomon's walk in the garden. I'm 46 and have had two serious relationships. Married for over 20 years in one and both were rushed beginnings. I missed moments to savour and now I can see just how much. It is a joy to share this with my Kingdom Husband. The expectation building is worth the gripping emotions. It adds to the beauty of the courtship. When I heard his name spoken to me for the first time by a friend something happened inside of me. I can't even explain it but let's call it an alarm to pay attention. It also gave me the feeling of that is the most wonderful name I have ever heard. His name is unique. We had to go through storms together with Christian friends turning on us and doing some enemy motivated moves. It was so painful. Still is. But it brought us together closer. We are both unique in certain ways that make us perfectly suited We also perfectly match each other in enthusiasm for Jesus and ministry. That's dialled up to intense. Too intense for most around us. I just want to encourage everyone to look at the person who matches your ministry and will support you in that. God wpuld give you nothing less in the right person. Much love and prayers. Eternal marriages are your promise planned by God.

We were common law and the lord told me that he is with a witch who is casting love and separation spells so it’s hard to forget about it sometimes and it’s even harder when his 8 yo daughter is hurting so much and feeling so abandoned by him etc ! Trauma for all of us I guess. I have indeed through the fasting and praying for him and against her given it to the Lord.

What I’m learning so far is God need to hide you, before he pair you together with your future husband. I’ve been dreaming about mine for a month and a couple of weeks now. God is full of surprise’s lol let me tell you that.
I am going through that same thing in every way. She just blocked me on social media and isn't speaking to me at all. Hanging on from a logical position feels nuts. But I also know God orchestrated the relationship and now the break for both of our good. I still have work to do in order to be capable of providing properly. My life was wiped out and recovering financially and in my relationship with God is my priority. God would have to do a miracle in her too. Big time. It is hard to move forward in a healthy way and still harbor love and desire for something that in the natural has no evidence. Letting it go and not obsessing and focusing on God is the answer!
similar thing happenned to me 5 days ago but I fasted prayed, spiritual warfare, played on youtube any kind of prayers against witchcraft and curses, rebuked what I could and today we met in a grocery shop, we forgave each other, we had loong conversation and he unblocked me. Devil will do anything to divide, but we are overcomers in Christ
I've been down that road with all those prophetic videos. A content creator actually formed a video to one of my comments. He prophesied that God would compensate me for what I was going through in 2023. I didn't ask this guy to make a video just for me. The fact that he did that made me believe that God spoke through him. Nothing happened in 2023 so it was a lie. Now every time a prophetic video pops up, I get rid of it. It's like playing wack-a-mole.
Am jusf watching these videos crying 😢 n speechless. My story is even something i cant explain. In conclusion, am 31 making 32 this year n no one seems to be interested in me. 😔

When you're around the one. Should you feel Calm, Comfortable, and at peace? What should you feel in your spirit? I'm a guy btw, but this applies to both men and women.
To be honest, I don't think there is an explicity Biblical way to answer this question. I don't think there is a 'should'. I think we naturally feel things, like nervousness, or peace, or excitement, or disgust, as natural responses to our environment. But I don't think our feelings define reality. God's Word defines reality. Our feeling are just our bodies telling our brains whether or not we feel safe in the current environment. However, there is a distinct spiritual peace or lack of peace that comes from the Holy Spirit. If you think God has told you directly that a particular person is 'the one' but you don't feel calm around them, but instead feel nervous or aggitated, then that may be one of 2 things: you might just being feeling overly self-conscious and therefore not yourself around that person and to some degree unsafe. Or, you might be totally cool or charismatic, and it might be a supernatural lack of peace indicating that this is not the right path for you. You will know the difference by mainting a close relationship with Jesus in daily prayer and Bible reading. Only He can answer this question for you satisfactorily. The best piece of advice I've received is, "wait and trust in God, and not on the man." As it turns out, the man I was waiting for married someone else and I am at peace with that. And now I am in a relationship with a good man who makes the effort to pursue me. I pray the same happens for you 🙏 💛

But its important to remember that if God hasn't brought your kingdom spouse to you yet, that there is a very good reason that you're just not aware of. Ask God what TO focus on and be obedient to the call He has on your life right now. Your husband will come - but now is the time for you to prepare your character and serve God without distraction.

Hello, I'm not sure if you'd still like an answer to this question, but I'll share what I can. Firstly, God created sex to be an expression of love and intimacy between husband and wife. It is meant to be done in a spirit or attitude of service and other-centeredness for the spouse, not to satisfy your own desires, primarily. As far as I'm aware, there is no research to show that those who remain virgins experience any direct negative effects. In fact, choosing to remain a virgin as well as choosing to avoid masturbation takes moral and mental strength. So it is beneficial, rather than damaging, to remain sexually pure. Also, research shows that masturbation and excessive sexual experiences can weaken the physical body and the brain. Brain scans have shown the degenerative effects on pornography uses. Pornography use and masturbation can also make sex less enjoyable as your neural pathways are trained to respond to a different type of stimulus. I hope this information is helpful. I say this with love and you already touched on it, but your focus should be on the promise giver and not the “gift.” That said, it’s clear that the man that you think is the “gift” is not interested in you. That is what the pastor was trying to tell you without hurting your feelings. If you have already been in touch with the man and he has NOT actively pursued you, he is not interested. God does not “force” a man to have interest. He can move hearts according to His will, but humans do have free will generally. Have you prayed about the purpose of you knowing the man is your future husband and him not receiving the same revelation? Have you discerned the spirits giving you revelation? It could be distraction from the enemy. It sounds like it is not from God. Even the friend who prophesied, has she been right in the past? Why form an emotional attachment to a man that never pursued you? That is not biblical or Godly. In the Bible, God never arranged a marriage where both spouses knew one another, but it took 2 years, 3 years for the manto pursue. Jacob took 10 years, but that was 10 years of “pursuit” after Rachel. He was not deciding for 10 years whether or not to pursue her. His proximity to her and consistent persistence for 10 years gave her PEACE. This man is not pursuing you. Please slow down and sit with that. You are wasting your youth and passing up eligible Christian men. What does this man have in his purpose that aligns with your purpose? Please get sound and godly advise and measure everything according to the Word. Also, stop telling everyone about it, because that gives the enemy a foothold to sow additional seeds of confusion. I would also work in beautifying myself if I were you. You have beautify curly hair. Get a stylist, so that the hair style comes out more and has volume and soft curls, instead of falling flat and wet. Try a hair diffuser after washing to dry and fluff up your curls. Add color to your face, even natural makeup and eye liner. Shape your eyebrows. Try some delicate jewelry like earrings or a necklace or go for gold/silver large hoop earrings when you wear your hair in an updo. Look like you are eligible and available, not hiding waiting for a man to come find you. Christian men are still “men” and they are visual. Your appearance will tell them whether or not you are embracing your femininity and ready to be pursued. I was a tomboy, so I know. Finally, get into activities, groups and clubs that are of interest. That is where you can meet eligible men going in the same direction and with the same interest as you. Please, please don’t waste your youth waiting for a man that is not interested. That would be very unnecessary and sad. Seeking a spouse past 30 as a Christian and virgin woman is a nightmare that I would not wish on anyone. Try to find someone while you are young.

God shows me daily through indicators that He is faithful and can be trusted to do this for us! He is also a very chosen vessel God is clear about that. Even rainbows around us! Covenant promise!
Really just need to cut the distractions and focus on God and your purpose and calling in Gods will. He will not let us be confused if we keep our Eyes on Him 🙏🏻🙌❤️

Thanks for sharing. This has been my season of waiting on the learn for my helpmate and I to come together or back together. The Lord brought me to the place where I fall back and watch him work. Hes working in me and I trust in her as well. I definitely know the roller coaster feeling and the enemy trying to lie or make you feel like you haven't heard right. He really comes at me with the constraint of time since half my life was spent in substance abuse and I feel wasted but the Lord will continue to use it for Good and can redeem time whenever he wants. This is such a good story didn’t know what to expect when I listened you drop many gems I can relate to. I had to start letting go and begin to live my life as well. Struggles do come in short moments but they past. Living in the reality that I’m a single woman until I’m not, I believe marriage is my portion and I don’t want to miss out on life waiting.

Your heart is so beautiful sister and your faith is inspiring. From the moment I heard the name of my Kingdom Spouse it was over four years before we were brought together in a romantic way. We just had our one year anniversary of coming into agreement together with God on our relationship. It has been a beautiful year. We live in different countries and have decided to wait another year to see each other. For me that is because the courtship is so beautiful. It is a Song of Solomon's walk in the garden.
I'm 46 and have had two serious relationships. Married for over 20 years in one and both were rushed beginnings. I missed moments to savour and now I can see just how much. It is a joy to share this with my Kingdom Husband. The expectation building is worth the gripping emotions. It adds to the beauty of the courtship.
When I heard his name spoken to me for the first time by a friend something happened inside of me. I can't even explain it but let's call it an alarm to pay attention. It also gave me the feeling of that is the most wonderful name I have ever heard. His name is unique.
We had to go through storms together with Christian friends turning on us and doing some enemy motivated moves. It was so painful. Still is. But it brought us together closer.
We are both unique in certain ways that make us perfectly suited We also perfectly match each other in enthusiasm for Jesus and ministry. That's dialled up to intense. Too intense for most around us.
I just want to encourage everyone to look at the person who matches your ministry and will support you in that. God wpuld give you nothing less in the right person. Much love and prayers. Eternal marriages are your promise planned by God.

We were common law and the lord told me that he is with a witch who is casting love and separation spells so it’s hard to forget about it sometimes and it’s even harder when his 8 yo daughter is hurting so much and feeling so abandoned by him etc ! Trauma for all of us I guess. I have indeed through the fasting and praying for him and against her given it to the Lord.

What I’m learning so far is God need to hide you, before he pair you together with your future husband. I’ve been dreaming about mine for a month and a couple of weeks now. God is full of surprise’s lol let me tell you that.
I am going through that same thing in every way. She just blocked me on social media and isn't speaking to me at all. Hanging on from a logical position feels nuts. But I also know God orchestrated the relationship and now the break for both of our good. I still have work to do in order to be capable of providing properly. My life was wiped out and recovering financially and in my relationship with God is my priority. God would have to do a miracle in her too. Big time. It is hard to move forward in a healthy way and still harbor love and desire for something that in the natural has no evidence. Letting it go and not obsessing and focusing on God is the answer!
similar thing happenned to me 5 days ago but I fasted prayed, spiritual warfare, played on youtube any kind of prayers against witchcraft and curses, rebuked what I could and today we met in a grocery shop, we forgave each other, we had loong conversation and he unblocked me. Devil will do anything to divide, but we are overcomers in Christ

I've been down that road with all those prophetic videos. A content creator actually formed a video to one of my comments. He prophesied that God would compensate me for what I was going through in 2023. I didn't ask this guy to make a video just for me. The fact that he did that made me believe that God spoke through him. Nothing happened in 2023 so it was a lie. Now every time a prophetic video pops up, I get rid of it. It's like playing wack-a-mole.
Am jusf watching these videos crying 😢 n speechless. My story is even something i cant explain. In conclusion, am 31 making 32 this year n no one seems to be interested in me. 😔

I'm a guy btw, but this applies to both men and women.
To be honest, I don't think there is an explicity Biblical way to answer this question. I don't think there is a 'should'. I think we naturally feel things, like nervousness, or peace, or excitement, or disgust, as natural responses to our environment. But I don't think our feelings define reality. God's Word defines reality. Our feeling are just our bodies telling our brains whether or not we feel safe in the current environment. However, there is a distinct spiritual peace or lack of peace that comes from the Holy Spirit.
If you think God has told you directly that a particular person is 'the one' but you don't feel calm around them, but instead feel nervous or aggitated, then that may be one of 2 things: you might just being feeling overly self-conscious and therefore not yourself around that person and to some degree unsafe. Or, you might be totally cool or charismatic, and it might be a supernatural lack of peace indicating that this is not the right path for you. You will know the difference by mainting a close relationship with Jesus in daily prayer and Bible reading. Only He can answer this question for you satisfactorily.

The best piece of advice I've received is, "wait and trust in God, and not on the man." As it turns out, the man I was waiting for married someone else and I am at peace with that. And now I am in a relationship with a good man who makes the effort to pursue me. I pray the same happens for you 🙏 💛

But its important to remember that if God hasn't brought your kingdom spouse to you yet, that there is a very good reason that you're just not aware of. Ask God what TO focus on and be obedient to the call He has on your life right now. Your husband will come - but now is the time for you to prepare your character and serve God without distraction.

Firstly, God created sex to be an expression of love and intimacy between husband and wife. It is meant to be done in a spirit or attitude of service and other-centeredness for the spouse, not to satisfy your own desires, primarily.
As far as I'm aware, there is no research to show that those who remain virgins experience any direct negative effects. In fact, choosing to remain a virgin as well as choosing to avoid masturbation takes moral and mental strength. So it is beneficial, rather than damaging, to remain sexually pure.
Also, research shows that masturbation and excessive sexual experiences can weaken the physical body and the brain. Brain scans have shown the degenerative effects on pornography uses. Pornography use and masturbation can also make sex less enjoyable as your neural pathways are trained to respond to a different type of stimulus.

I say this with love and you already touched on it, but your focus should be on the promise giver and not the “gift.” That said, it’s clear that the man that you think is the “gift” is not interested in you. That is what the pastor was trying to tell you without hurting your feelings. If you have already been in touch with the man and he has NOT actively pursued you, he is not interested. God does not “force” a man to have interest. He can move hearts according to His will, but humans do have free will generally. Have you prayed about the purpose of you knowing the man is your future husband and him not receiving the same revelation? Have you discerned the spirits giving you revelation? It could be distraction from the enemy. It sounds like it is not from God. Even the friend who prophesied, has she been right in the past? Why form an emotional attachment to a man that never pursued you? That is not biblical or Godly. In the Bible, God never arranged a marriage where both spouses knew one another, but it took 2 years, 3 years for the manto pursue. Jacob took 10 years, but that was 10 years of “pursuit” after Rachel. He was not deciding for 10 years whether or not to pursue her. His proximity to her and consistent persistence for 10 years gave her PEACE. This man is not pursuing you. Please slow down and sit with that. You are wasting your youth and passing up eligible Christian men. What does this man have in his purpose that aligns with your purpose? Please get sound and godly advise and measure everything according to the Word. Also, stop telling everyone about it, because that gives the enemy a foothold to sow additional seeds of confusion. I would also work in beautifying myself if I were you. You have beautify curly hair. Get a stylist, so that the hair style comes out more and has volume and soft curls, instead of falling flat and wet. Try a hair diffuser after washing to dry and fluff up your curls. Add color to your face, even natural makeup and eye liner. Shape your eyebrows. Try some delicate jewelry like earrings or a necklace or go for gold/silver large hoop earrings when you wear your hair in an updo. Look like you are eligible and available, not hiding waiting for a man to come find you. Christian men are still “men” and they are visual. Your appearance will tell them whether or not you are embracing your femininity and ready to be pursued. I was a tomboy, so I know. Finally, get into activities, groups and clubs that are of interest. That is where you can meet eligible men going in the same direction and with the same interest as you. Please, please don’t waste your youth waiting for a man that is not interested. That would be very unnecessary and sad. Seeking a spouse past 30 as a Christian and virgin woman is a nightmare that I would not wish on anyone. Try to find someone while you are young.
