When In the very beginning the trainer said We are the best police department in the country I burst out laughing. They were stealing from public in broad daylight and an arrestee still in handcuffs surrounded by CMPD cops found the money stolen from him by Henry Chapman a 15 year cop of CMPD. Money was found by the arrestee himself and not by the cops. They just stood around. Video of that is on UA-cam. If that’s the best police department in the country then I don’t even want to know what the worst one looks like .
