- Are you always unhappy but don't know why? Do you often ask yourself "why am I so unhappy"? Understanding what makes human beings completely happy has proven to be a subjective rather than objective topic. Interestingly enough, this is where science plays a huge role in the research conducted on what makes us unhappy. Today, we're going to address the things that can slowly make you feel unhappy and you might not even realize that it is affecting you.

I deleted social media for 420 days & it changed my life, highly reccomended.
I cleaned out my Facebook. Contacted the people I knew & cared about. Dumped everyone else. Guess what? I'm actually getting phone calls, texts, & emails from those I contacted. I'm having *conversations* with friends ... something I didn't have with Facebook. 👍

Human beings aren't so bad. It's easy to see the bad and ugly side of things. I used to view things in a similar way.
So let me share with you, my abyss. When you look at people, try to see everything that occurred for them to be in that spot, at that given moment.
All the intricacy of every random event, every decision, every emotion. All a story to be told, right in front of you and at the center of that story is consciousness trying it's best to simply exist. Some of those decisions may have been "bad", there are reasons as to why. Some of those decisions may have been "good" and there's still a reason as to why.
Once you see the entire ball of consciousness all around, how everything and everyone is in some way connected, through randomness, decisions and emotions. It paints a beautifully abstract image of everything you are.
Life showed you pictures that weren't so pleasant and you learned to paint with those colors and that style. Any picture gets old, the longer you look at it.
Paint a new picture, if you so choose. Or continue on, either way so long as you are aware that you paint the picture you see now.

I think one major thing that makes me unhappy is seeing the reality in everything, don't stress over too many people because they're way of living is not suitable in your eyes. That's what i find myself thinking about a lot and im trying to decrease that from happening because its affecting my health knowing I cant do much about their decisions.

@@Psych2go I relate to most of them at one time or another. Right now, mainly 1. Social media, including watching too much news, so I've cut way back on them; 2. Talking badly about myself in my head, am actively working on changing that. Also, not having enough to do makes me feel depressed. I'm unemployed right now and searching for work, but it's been difficult and frustrating. Hard to stay positive.
I've ditched Facebook, I felt a bit better now. Just missing a few great friends and family member. But I know they'll always a good friend whenever and wherever. All the other 7, especially work environment and finding bravery to speak up to my bestfriend needed to be done quickly. I'm too overwhelmed by those right now
