OVERALL the Grove is the best neighborhood in Miami! Michelin star dining, chic nightlife, lush and manicured parks, waterfront properties and condos with bay views! Also, not to forget, proximity to Downtown and Miami beach.

I am getting into real estate investing and I'm trying to decide if i should obtain a house in CG or condo in brickell for when i travel to miami for business🤔
Both are great honestly! I'm also an investor and the main difference is that in Brickell you have way more condo options than in the Grove. Homes in the Grove rent very well! I depends on the kind of management you're comfortable doing as it's a bit more maintenance for a house than a condo. I'd be happy to help if you need guidance!
