Maybe a bigger plastic drum when it rains she can put it outside allow rain to fill that one can be used for bathing cleaning
Advise Precious to buy a book in which she'll write all the products in her shop and how much she bought them and how much each is sold. This will help her to keep track of her income, expenditure and profit.
She should also be keeping her capital aside to replenish her stock with gradual increases. She should ensure that she pays herself salary every month that'll take care of her monthly expenses, so she wouldn't be tempted to deep into her capital.
These little orientation will make her business flourish, grow and prosper.
Finally, she has to open a current and savings account so she has a history of cash inflows in case she decides in future to secure a loan to expand her business. Moreso, she doesn't need to keep too much cash at home or in the shop in order not to invite thieves
