1) RP cost is 500 for the first year. 2) family RP doesn’t have any extension however you can renew it before the end of the 1 year term 3) health insurance is mandatory from MOPH approved.

@@umarrehman5435 1) 200 metrash, 100 medical, 500 QID (+20 if u want delivery) 2) yes ignore as it’s RP visa not visit that can be extended 3) check with any health insurance provided based on age, etc. many factors. 50 per month is for visitors not RP holders

There should be no reason by reject if you meet all requirements. I would suggest u visit the duhail immigration office yourself and ask them for clarifications and then resubmit
No, it didn't ask me to upload the Salary Certificate. It asked me upload only the Birth Certificate, Passport First and Last Page, when clicked on Next, it prompted 'Are you sure to submit', I said 'Yes' and I saw the status as 'Under Process'. Did I miss something here?

In case of mother (for Pakistanis), her passport specify my father's name which matches with my passport. Is it not sufficient evidence to proof mother relation? Or FRC is mandatory for Pak ?

It varies but roughly around 2-3 weeks. Check with your employer who can provide an accurate status.
