Sure. But I did not have anything else in this diameter and I found it somehow funny how many chips were coming out of this. That's the reason why I recorded this.
yes because HSS Steel is harder than aluminium, and the chips are thin. Maybe copper is a problem since it becomes nasty sticking when your try to drill/tap/mill it.
grind a relief on the trailing edge of the bit.. ive done it and all squeaking stopped since only the cutting edges interact with the aluminum.
