Browns
Unlike the Panthers and Giants, they were actually favored
bengals were also favored and burrow somehow did worse stat wise than watson
Yeah Vikings were favored by 1 on the road and slapped them around
That’s petty bad
Who was putting the Browns down to win?
@@jojijoestar7233 lolvegas
Love seeing Baker playing great while the Browns sank their future with Watson
Eh. The Browns are a quarterback graveyard. If Baker had stayed they’d have signed him to a huge contract right before something ridiculous happened. They did him a favor by dumping him.
Some teams have winning cultures, some have losing cultures, and some are just cursed. The REAL Browns are in Baltimore and are still a good team. The current Browns are forever cursed.
I think if we just give Watson some more money he'll perform.
BAHAHAHAHAHA
Not a browns or bucs fan, but me too for some reason lol
Baker saw 7 head coaches with the Browns, beginning with Hue Jackson.
@@staomruel no.
He has seen 8 Head coaches, but not with the Browns alone.
*2018:* Hue Jackson, Gregg Williams
*2019:* Freddie Kitchens
*2020 onward:* Kevin Stefanski (Current Browns coach as well)
4 is still ridiculous, granted. But it's not 7.
*2022:* Matt Rhule, Steve Wilks
*2022:* (Relased, joins Rams) Sean McVay
*2023:* Todd Bowles
Cleveland is easily the most screwed. That contract is the worst in NFL history.
Idk dak got the same contract and 8 years of him has led to nothing so far 😂
@@texys5848Until Watson leads the Browns to 12 wins in 3 straight seasons, and wins 2 out of 3 AFC North titles, you cannot compare it to Prescott’s contract
@@Zach-mw5soyeah the Brown's front office is hands down the worst in the NFL and has been forever. They are in football hell and letting Baker go for Bill Cosby probably cursed them.
I think the Bengals vs NE game was pretty bad
I mean the bengals at least put drives together. They had 2 turnovers in the red zone. They at least had a chance to win that game (though I agree they looked worse than NE).
The browns had one good half on defense and one good drive on offense. Watson is mentally checked out or something. It feels like he doesn’t care. 50% of plays for negative or zero yards with 2 minutes left in the 3rd is hilariously bad.
That's the Bengals. They don't count until like week 4 at least. Hopefully burrow stays healthy lol
@@mattkeller5913But STILL. It’s the PATRIOTS. The same team that held 3 different teams to 10 points or fewer in a row and still lost all 3 games and got worse this year
@@EDunn21bruh bengals are like contenders giants and panthers aint
@@yourlocaltrucker313Did they get worse? The defense was never in question. The offense got a massive upgrade at qb. The only reason they lost those games was because of incompetent qb play. They don't have that problem now.
As a falcons fan, that Steelers game was the very definition of a week 1 game if I’ve ever seen one lol
As a Steeler fan, I also agree
Cousins not being able to take snaps under center but the Falcons still paid him. Is enough to make me not a fan. I already barely paid attention but that is just hopelessly dumb
@@mattkeller5913 yeah it didn’t look good, I’m willing to give him a week or two more because this was his first game back from injury. But suddenly, our penix jr pick makes a ton of sense
Get used to sucking already yall blew a 28-3 lead in a bowl and havent or wont ever recover. Yal got a jesus freak with 1 leg for 100+ mill. Pathetic excuse for a team.
@@Phoenix-pm2qr as a steeler fan… a defensive battle with little scoring feels like any week… not just week 1
Bengals. Losing to the Patriots was a bad look, and only scoring 10 points is worse.
Yea but since Burrow’s been playing they’ve always started out losing and looking bad but end up making playoffs anyways. Kinda the reverse Cowboys
@@xionico09Bengals the Regigigas of the NFL
@@jojijoestar7233I got the reference 😂
Ehhh I mean worst game, ye, looking the worst tho? There were a lot of issues with that game that shouldn't be sticking around.
You had an overturned TD pass. That's almost never a common in any team. Wide Receiver fumble. Pretty rare cause of the football move rule. Jamar Chase contract. Burrow was benched an entire season due to injury, they lost Mixon, new Oline.
It's hard to say what the Bengals are shaping up to look like compared to the Giants or Panthers who are pretty cemented in their progress.
The Browns have the Watson contract hanging over their future. Nothing beats that in awfulness.
I heard Watson is facing another lawsuit
@@lambert581 That might actually help the Browns. If the NFL decides that Watson has violated the "moral turpitude" clause, the Browns could void the contract.
browns.. id rather be 0 win trash tier JV team in the nfl than have that creep behind center.
Respect the take on Watson.
As a browns fan I agree
Giants. I was there😭
Dude, what the hell happened to the Giants?.
@BrassStagg DANIEL JONES HAPPENED!
It probably wouldn’t have been so bad if the Giants’ FO didn’t look at Jones’ numbers against the Ed “You’re Gonna Like The Way We Play” Donatell defense and go, “get this man his bag!”
The Panthers allowed 19 more points than the Giants did.
Yeah, even the Vikings and their fan base felt bad you you guys at the end. I think the team may had let off the gas in the 4th.
Bryce Young threw an interception the very first play that he had his hands on the ball.
Like, that sounds like something a sports announcer would ironically say to make fun of the Panthers, but it’s real.
The Browns had the worst game. Everyone expected the Panthers and the Giants to suck, but people had high hopes for the Browns. Also the Bengals should be on that list.
Bengals games never count in week one.
As a Vikings fan I still think the Giants should ditch Daniel Jones and start Tommy DeVito.
Or Drew Lock, or literally any other QB in the league. (Except maybe Bryce Young)
@@SuperBossGiovanniI still think Bryce Young is better then Daniel Jones. The ownership is worthless there. Feel sorry for the Carolina fans. Why anyone would want to coach there blows my mind.
Daboll should’ve just stayed in Buffalo. Never understood why a coordinator could have a good season or two and suddenly he’s HC material. That’s a big jump.
The Jets after this episode aired: "Hold my beer."
The fact that we are forcing the German people to have to watch the Panthers vs the Giants live is the most unforgivable thing to happen in Germany since…
(Checks my notes)
…you know what? Never mind.
(Takes off my headphones, puts down my microphone, stands up, puts on my coat, grabs my keys and my purse, and walks out the door)
😂😂😂 heavens to Betsy
As a Patriots fan, I think we’ve all learned a harsh lesson about buying into preseason narratives! We were good defensively, our O-Line isn’t a liability yet, and once Drake Maye gets the all-clear to start, we’re gonna be WORLDS better than we ever were with Bill Minus Brady! Hell, I’d wager we even get an extra touchdown if we had Mac Jones in the AVP offense!
The only reason we didn't score more was because of the conservative qb play. Polk was open a couple of times, and Maye would've hit it. I think people are gonna be shocked by this team. Maybe not playoffs shocked, but 6-7 wins. I could see it.
@@jcore0981 Even Tyquan got open but Jacoby just missed him down field, Drake probably makes that throw.. the future is looking brighter for sure, all we can hope for!
Now you're buying into week 1 hype just to be disappointed with your 5 win season later
As a Panthers fan, I feel no hope. The team is a joke. This front office is a joke, and worst of all, our owner is a joke. I honestly hate football season at this point.
Very sorry for that terrible owner. Its an absolute shame he owns a team in the NFL.
Its the panthers. Nobody on that roster is good other than... derrick brown? He is quite a nice piece. You can get rid of bad players, you can get rid of bad coaches, you cannot get rid of bad owners. Unless tepper shoots an opposing fan in the head, he is there until he doesn't want to he there. The most awful thing a team can be subject to: an owner who just doesn't get it
Derrick. Brown is injured for maybe the season
1-Bengals
2-Giants
3-Panthers
Bengals fan here, Bengals loss has to be in the top 5 because the top 3 are Browns, Panthers and Giants because those were terrible to watch. Losing to the Patriots is embarrassing and with the new additions to the offense, this should've been an easy game, but it wasn't.
As a Bengals fan you should surely know that your week one game never counts.
@@lomax343 Yeah, if it was preseason. Every season game counts, to say it doesn't is a losing mentality.
@@loganlaslo2098 Losing mentality? No. Losing habit? The evidence suggests that it is. Mind you, I have every confidence that the Bengals will get it together by week 3 at the latest.
Browns and NY are pretty even as to how screwed they are after paying two QBs they shouldn't have paid. At least Carolina ain't paying their QB much right now.
Technically cause of how that draft worked out, you have to include what chicago got for that pick. As well as the what if for Stroud
Essentially the panthers traded stroud and caleb for bryce? The effect on fans and sales has got to be astronomical
Giants would be ranked behind Rutgers and some of the Catholic High School football teams in NJ.
You two bring fantastic interaction to all football fans.
The browns have it the worst. They traded for and paid Deshawn. And not just the money, and draft picks. He had what over 40 counts of sexual assault. AND fans supported him in Cleveland, it was a stain on all sports. 0 respect for Cleveland
Cleveland won a bidding war for him, its not like they were the only team. Its funny how people seem to forget that part.
The Panthers. Another year for Bryce Young, team spent money in the offseason to bring in talent to help him out, and a new QB whispering coach.
And he looked just as bad as he did last year against a Saints team that is probably gonna finish the year 9-8.
We know Watson is one of the worst QBs in the NFL and we knew the Giants were gonna be bad
Really wasn't on Bryce though, the first throw, the WR is being held which leads to an INT. And then they go down 17-0 and forget all the fundamentals in panic mode.
Thank-you for predicting the Saints to have a winning season. Unfortunately, I feel that it's going to be downhill from here. After week five, with games against the Cowboys, Eagles and Chiefs behind us...
Titans should be on the list. That second half was putrid.
They at least made it close. It was an entertaining game.
As a Bears fan, we could be on that list as well, I know we won but only by defence and special teams but we are a top 10 even top 5 Defence but as bad as the titans were in the second half, our offence was the entire game and even the defence in the 1st half! The Titans had double the yards than our offence, yet we won, somehow!
You are too tough on your team. Decent start
They probably didn’t watch that game
Theyy can't put a rookie qb on the list ...it was his first start ...people calm down...jesus...to many of u all believed the media hype ....he might do better next week but every rookie qbs 1st start is rough an titans have a pretty good d aswell so even rougher for Caleb on his first start...Caleb did ok for his first start but because of the hype people calling h I m a bust.....he rushed a lot of throws trying to get used to the speed of the nfl...he didn't turn the ball over.....he will
L be fine in a couple weeks.?..calm down
The Panthers because they let the Saints score 47 points while they can only score 10 and Bryce Young threw 3 INTs. Plus Young has officially lost my support after what I saw from the Panthers yesterday
Bold to do this segment before my Jets even played xD
Yikes... sorry bud
Browns because they have so much guaranteed money sunk into the watson contract.
The Bengals were the ONLY 2 score favorite going into the week. No other game was more than 7 points. Not only did they not cover, they lost. That's the worst to me.
Bengals games don't count in week one.
Stop saying that. They certainly don’t try to lose. They are just abysmal in both the first 2 weeks usually and It still counts in the standings. Plus, tell that to the people who lost a lot of money on bets or got knocked out of survivor pools that it didn’t count. Treating the regular season like this is a terrible look.
Everyone is completely dismissing what the Vikings did. They got play makers on both ends and great coaching and don’t even have the whole team yet.
It was against Giants, who are very close to the Panthers right now, that's why.
No, it’s because the Vikings have Sam Darnold at qb. He will just have to continue to prove himself because all the pieces for a great team are there. They can’t help who they play and it wasn’t a close game at all
Just beat Chicago twice before asking to be looked at…..
@@bourbontrail565won’t be a problem at all if they play like they did week one.
Let them keep sleeping on the Vikings, while they beat their teams.
Cowboys had four short fields from Browns mistakes. They also got a special teams TD. That's how you get 33 points with only 265 yards offense.
ATL is pretty embarrassing considering the off-season hype
I get what you mean as far as the offense, Kirk looks like he's still hurt tho and can't trust himself to move around. The playcalls were so obvious the Steelers knew what the Falcons wanted to do before the snap, and while the defense played great, they couldn't create turnovers or get off the field on 3rd downs a good amount of times. Thing is, these seem like they can be fixed during the season. These other teams can't quite say that.
I saw sir purr buying a covid testing kit from cvs
If the question is "who is the worst team in the NFL", that's definitely Carolina.
But the Browns are the most screwed, because of Watson's contract.
Giants, Panthers, Falcons , Browns in that Order
Yall will see those Vikings are scary on defense
Brain Flores to the Saints in 2025….
What if Bo Nix kinda sucks?
Maybe they should all 3 rotate QBs. Send Young to Cleveland, Jones to Carolina, and Watson to jail...or Jersey...same thing.
David Montgomery had the most BEASTLY drive of the week in that overtime!
If Nix had been wearing a Wilson jersey, indistinguishable.
Gonna be blitzed by 9 am for giants vs panthers game, lets go Sickos!
Bengals, they lost at home to a Patriots teams that no longer has Bill Belichick or Tom Brady
It has to be the Colts. They have so much money wrapped up in the front 7 yet they are ranked as the worst defense overall and at the bottom in most categories after Week 1. They made Mixon look like King Henry from a few years ago and the DBs, specifically Jones, allowed way too many completions. AR and the Indy offense looked pretty legit but if they want to silence the naysayers they need to get their highest paid defensive players to play like they deserve the money instead of having 11 Shaq Leonard's out there.
The Bears while not the worst belong in the conversation. Their offense looked so bad, and Williams has set the tone to go down the Jamarcus Russell path. Based just on week 1, a 4 win season looks like the ceiling.
Most of the Panthers' issues was playcalling, starting out with a pass in a loud superdome, when you have a very good RB, and the refs were helping NO the entire game including not calling PI on that INT. They got down 17-0 and just panicked, abandoned the run entirely, and the Saints just had to play pass protect and blitz, when they don't respect half the playbook because it's not even being used, it's cruise control for the Saints then. But the run D was terrible, and apparently Brown's knee was messed up early in the game, and he played through a potential meniscus tear. But the worrying thing for me, is Bryce is getting a ton of flak, but he was really the ONLY one trying on offense to do ANYTHING once they got down. And the 2nd INT was because of that panicked, hero ball stuff that I thought Canales would get rid of. And Chubba only got 6 carries. There needs to be a 2 beside that 6 for Chubba EVERY game. Regardless of score. And that, would open so much up for Bryce, get pass rushers off him, and get some play action going which I swear between this game and last year, there feels like they maybe called 10 PAs. Maybe? The most COMMON passing play across the NFL, and... nope... shotgun... every play... no QB could succeed with this. You could take 2004 Tom Brady and drop him behind that line, they don't win more than 2 games last year, and they don't do better than 47-10.
Browns have it worst because they have no foreseeable future
Apparently the Giants didn’t learn from Dave Brown about drafting QBs from Duke
I had no expectation of the Panthers or Giants. Were those losses embarrassing? Yes. Were they expected? Honestly kinda.
I think its Browns, Bengals, and Jets. Jets just got outclassed and looked like what they are a team that is not really title ready at this point of the season. Which while the media may not have known that, the football fanbase was well aware they weren't the 49ers equal. The Browns absolutely should've played better and the weight of Watson being part of those failures needs to be noted. He has increasingly made that trade look knee jerk and lopsided and all parties but the Browns have benefited. Watson is not the guy we saw in his seasons in Houston and its time for everyone involved to accept this. That being said, they did come in against a Dallas squad that is regular season competitive as any, and has heard nothing but bad publicity and felt negative rumblings regarding their team. The ammo was there.
To me the most unexpected loss of the three was the Bengals. The Patriots looked like a team that will draft top 5 again this coming season, yet were able to come into Cincinnati and grab a win. Even if the Bengals had flipped the score and looked unimpressive, we would've given them a mulligan for coaching up a tough win. But they didn't. Not a good week 1 for a team many consider in "win NOW" mode.
Id say the Browns
Most embarrasing game? I'd say the Titans. They lost to a team that had less than 150 total yards and their QB literally threw the game away.
Browns or Bengals were probably the most dissapointing due to high expectations.
Giants and Panthers were as expected.
only positive for the giants right now is they can get out of the jones contract at the end of this year
The panthers!
The fans. The fans all had terrible games.
History shows the Giants will look like World Champions next week. Washington just can’t seem to beat them no matter how bad the Giants are.
I think the Jets had the worst week 1. They got blown out by a 49ers team that was missing their best player
Titans because of that horrible interception. They could have won that game because the Bears offense wasn't doing anything.
Browns to me was definitely the worst. Browns signed DeShaun Watson. And let go of Baker Mayfield. Not only did they lose, but they got to see Baker Mayfield go off.
I think you could do some hilarious things in the North saga, if you take my suggestion of giving Lionel a Scepter, Cape, and Crown.
Giants except the expectation is so low that a game like theirs isn’t embarrassing
1. Giants 2. Panthers 3. Falcons and Germany might sue the NFL for war crimes for Panthers vs Giants 😂😂
Send Goodell straight to The Hague!
As a giants fan, at least we have an out after this season with Daniel Jones. The browns are screwed for the next couple of years.
Panthers , not even close. Losing that badly to a rival is rough , and the fact their QB started year 2 very first place with a pick ? It’s so over
the Falcons, gave up 18 pts all to field goals and still couldn't outscore the Steelers who their defense only let into the redzone twice all game, both of which were in the last 9 minutes of the game and got a turnover on downs on one of those 2 trips, hell they barely let us into scoring range 9 of our 18 pts came from 51, 56 and 57 yds out
Browns. They had a serviceable QB, ran him out of town for a sexual predator, gave him guaranteed money, and watched him implode on the field. They're screwed.
Bengals and Browns both disappointed. The other teams aren't really thought as playoff teams anyway.
Jets didn't do themselves any favors just now
Panthers... we did so bad for week 1.
Browns...Watson was never a good idea. Watson had 14 games under his belt...1 above average game. Not accurate, full of excuses, apparently injury prone. 3 years off you don't go back to being "great". Glad to see I was 110% correct, but sad cuz that means it's pointless to watch this season as long as grandpa is at the helm. Good to see Mayfield being on point
The Panthers are , because no matter who we sign, cut, draft or fire , David Tepper will still be our owner , and he is our biggest emberassment......I mean problem , I mean both , and he isn't going to fire himself
The Vikings are well coached on both sides. Some of their success is just that. Their defense won the game yesterday and that's the weakest unit on the team.
Browns. Hands down. They are stuck with a sub-par QB. STUCK. Look at the cap hits with a, uh, “troubled” QB that didn’t look a shell of his former self.
The Panthers are the worst of the three teams.
The Browns are the most screwed, because of Watson's contract.
The Giants are the most frustrating because they didn't blow it all with one bad move. They've blown it with a series of calculated decisions that all seem to have gone wrong (except for drafting Dexter Lawrence).
nah the panthers are the most screwed. tepper still owns us. we’re FUCKED for the next 20 years… at minimum.
Panthers most lopsided Bengals most embarrassing in terms of expectations groper Cleveland was pretty bad as was Daniel Jones
Broncos had the most embarrassing game.
The Packers are screwed if they play Malik Willis....DOOMED
The Titans lost to a team with 50 yards total offense in the first half.
I'm going to say the Giants should be embarrassed!!! They got blown out by a rebuilding Vikings team who are in QB purgatory right now!!!
Browns can't really get out of the Deshaun Crosby contract, long term they are the most screw imho.
My how the tables have turned….😏.
Vikings >>> Packers/Bears
bengals fs
The Packers are screwed, the season is over 😢
The Raiders
Bengals
Jets
Panthers because their number 1 pick QB still looks lost and maybe one of the biggest busts in NFL history
0:27 Why are you drining out of that mental cup.
Poor panthers.
Carolina would have lost to Southern Illinois Sunday. That's pretty bad.
Cleveland just because of the contract
Week 1&2 can always look bad for teams if also can make teams look way better than they are but the panthers and giants are just really really bad Bryce has zero time to throw they can’t run the can’t get open in time and the defense looks like it’s out of the big 12 but the giants dear god I’m so sorry
The panthers. The saints are the worst team of the 3 opponents to win and they won huge. The saints would finish last in 6 divisions in football this year, 7 if the panthers were in another division. It’s going to be a really long season for the panthers.
I'm sorry about Friday night Grossi.... I respect the Packers
As a Vikings fan, I’d say the panthers. 47-10 and they looked horrible. Young looks completely lost. At least the Giants and Browns have some talent to watch, Panthers got nothing even worth watching
Bryce Young is not a rookie.
Panthers.
All of the other teams have at least some room for optimism. Some.
The panthers are at rock bottom and will continue being there it appears.
TJ Watt > Garrett
New Jersey Giants were bad but its gotta be the panthers
Whoever is playing the Chiefs
Giants will win next week, they always beat Washington, Panthers might very well be the first 0-17 team ever
