What Happened to Nina broke me 😢 I did not expect all that! I knew the topic of the book was going to be extremely heavy but this book blew me away. I have never read anything like this ever before. And i seriously thought the author just set the new standard for dark fiction. I don’t cry at books but i cried at the end of this book (if u know u know, some of the closing scenes 💔). I am definitely wanting to check out more of her books bc this one was absolutely 5⭐️for me but idk if I can handle another one of these books.
I couldn't agree more. Just when I think I know what "dark" means I am down another dark path. I am so interested in reading more from her but yes to the tears. I cried too!
I get most of my books at the library. But on your recommendation I purchased this for my Kindle. Love, love, loved it. So glad I bought it so I can read it over and over. Great characters.
I agree with your opinion of God Of The Woods. Tomorrow I get to pick up my library hold for The Wedding People and I am really excited to dive into that one. I'm currently reading Liane Moriarity's new book Here One Moment.
Hi Audrey - So many thoughts ... Till Death Do Us Part sounds like Deceived (movie w Goldie Hawn back in 1991 - A Must See - Fantastic, Btw!). I so believe in the reference to Big Magic (this happens to me often, a book I am reading I just met someone with this name, etc). Love me some Riley commentary, Banana Pants! LOL. I am all about finding a great winery vibe, sorry you can no longer :( I am a bit obsessed with missing person cases (Etan Patz, Adam Walsh, Natalee Holloway, Chandra Levy, Maura Murray, Etc), all of your titles have been noted. My feeling and always has been, no one just disappears someone knows something. Ohhh, Years ago simpler times, sign me up! Messed up & Fantastic, two words that go so well together! Hope to talk with you soon!
Messed up and fantastic 🙌🏻. A winery vibe really is a vibe. And so many questions on missing persons. And yes to Big Magic!!!! Hope you're doing great and yes to talking soon! 💕
Yes! The Wedding People was such a surprise. It wasn’t anything like what I expected but I loved it. It gave me a book hangover. The God of the Woods is my favorite from this summer. Liz Moore can write! An Honest Man by Michael Koryta was another favorite from the summer. He also wrote Those Who Wish me Dead I think you would like both.
I want to read a novel or story having a love triangle with both equally good love interests. However, female lead who is insecure loves the main lead and vice versa and she never notices the pure love of the second lead. There should be suspense and mystery. Any suggestions?

My bookshelf is about to collapse! This video made me buy 3 more 😂😂😂😂
Haha! Sorry 🙃 Book loving is hard, right?! 💕
I can't wait to read God of the Woods and College Girl, Missing though I'm on a book-buying ban so it'll be awhile!
I'm also on the shop my shelves/"shop" my library these days -- that's how I found College Girl Missing. A treasure trove of books!

I don' know Michael Koryta -- I'll have to look them up! It really was a great summer for new books!
What are your favorite Olive and June products? Do you use the top coat?
Where do you follow audiobook readers? I have trouble finding that information on Goodreads
I'll follow them on Instagram when possible or if I find one I like will search my library by their name to find other books they read.

Yellowface was good.
I am so embarrassingly behind on reading it!!! And I own it because of course 🤦🏻♀️
co-sign your thoughts on What Happened to Nina?!
It was so freaking good!!!!
As a mom of 5 kids the mom influencer/child exploitation gives me the ick but reading about a fictional family sounds amazing lol 😂
It's so fascinating to me too and agree on the real life ick.
