You should go for the Signature Collection version of Duke Caboom. He only has the removable helmet, but a functioning pump launcher.

This is a good video. You say it doesn't do wheelies but if you pull out the stabilisers (kickstand) at the bottom then it can. We also did a video of this toy, not a review though, more a story featuring Duke Caboom as a character.
Actually, that white bar with wheels on the bottom can be pulled down to make it look like a wheelie
In real life he cant jump that far this is the real Duke Caboom the commercial was on TV this year and its not real he cant jump that far.

Thinkway Toys is suppose to release a Toy Story Signature Collection version of Duke Caboom in the fall.
The TS Collection is so expensive though, I saw the Bo Peep goes for around £150.

Depends on your budget, I know a lot of people who use a DSLR camera as you can attach various lenses to it easier and it offers more features when it comes to adjusting aperture and focus. With me I use multiple cameras, this video alone is a mix between a Panasonic 4KHD camcorder and a Samsung phone which records in slow motion. Most phones will offer a decent video recording set up these days with a range of features such as high frame rates or manual focus.
