Well not just anyone can try and go to that depth nevermind even halfway to 100 feet. You have to train and be knowledgeable about the pressure changes at certain levels. You can't go deep down as fast as you'd like and you cannot rise back up to the surface as fast as you'd like. You have to stop at certain depths to adjust your body to the differences in pressure.
