@aquaticpears3183 Thanks, it wintered great, amazing dark green colour. I did however have a big Poa Annua problem in spring, did a hard scarification and over seed. I have put up some videos recently of its current condition.
@Robertr007 nice. There's loads of poa around recent years. I know a few people including my next door neighbour got turf. Absolutely riddled with poa. Can't believe they selling turf in such a state. That's why I went for this seed
@@Robertr007 i have a small patch (10 square meters) of my lawn thats infested with poa annua. i filled an entire wheelie bin. i overseeded with barenbrug rpr mixed with dcm ombra.
@owbeer Poa is a nightmare, I'm constantly digging it out, I over seeded with RPR earlier this year so hopefully it will help on that front. I hope you're renovation goes well and you get good results.
Thanks, i seeded the shady areas with the same seed, i did this in early August in the hope it would be nice and thick by winter. Although the seed is amazing in the sunny spots i am really struggling in the other areas(thin), not sure what i'll do next season.
Amazing results mate👏 is it only that part with extreme or the whole garden? Reason is that I wanted to know how it copes shady areas such as next to the fence, I have very similar set up and shady side start to thin up already. Am looking to get mm50 or extreme next year since both of them have dwarf rye mixtures. Thanks
Looked great over winter although it had a few thin patches in the shady places. Had a lot of Poa come up in the spring, just about to scarify and overseed.
Beautiful results
I got some for my renovations. This gives me a lot of hope. Thanks very much! How's it doing now?

I look forward for an update after the winter. I do hope it will be OK since I like the looks of it much better than fescues and others.
