Ive been saving this video for when I was super high and it was worth the wait. Such a fun hero to play/watch and can destroy everyone when played right. Great vid as always hattrick keep it up!
@sebbezer0 from what i'm seeing from the video, he vaults them, slams down the stun, and then vaults them back into the stun and uses his dash to just deal more dps or get into proper positioning
In fact the key of the combo is to to HV then as soon as you land you will use WJS , then vauld again . Even if you don't hit the enemy with the slam , when you vauld him secondly , the enemy will land on the rock and take damage , even if he/she wans't initially hit . It's just 1 of the keys of playing mk . And this char is fun like hell :D . Great video , btw xD
@HatTrickGamer That's actually what they've done. And I wont say nerf is too bad; they removed 62 damage by making one more 50% decrease at Vault. As of it, it's no longer 250+125+125, but 250+125+63.
monkey king is an awesome char and the players in the vid are indeed very good BUT what i want to comment about is the video editing :P very good job, the music the way you freeze some frames and the angles :) really a great video
Dude the play at the beginning against swiftblade, not many people will notice it, but he did a huge play dashing to the creeps, as one of the creeps took a swiftslash, allowing mk to survive. Awesome play. (Btw at 0:10 a corpse follows you lol)
They tried to make him more of a late game hero, instead of one hitting people early on, he is now required to farm alot more early game. His late game now is pretty amazing and fun with the right build.
WOW looks like a very hardcore hero to master, ad also very funny, i know u make gameplay vidos, but cloud you make someday videos guides for some heroes like this one? cuz i get difficult land his abilities propperly.
RIP Monkey King. 3 nerfs with no love in return. Honestly, I quit because S2's balance philosophy is the worst out there. Nerf to the ground and let it set there. I'd probably rank it even below LoL's balance team, which is saying a lot because there's a great deal of BS that goes through LoL's patches.
Not sure why he slams after the first flip instead of the start of the combo like fight @1:35 the slam doesnt do any damage because he is doing to combo wrong. Run right up to a guy, slam, flip, and 2nd flip to put them back on the slam. Also make sure you click on the enemy when you flip and not your slam or if fucks up the whole thing
@Alkazardt Monkey King's illusion of mobility has gotten to you. you can buy striders that matches his mobility. Pebbles gets strider.s and he doess more damage, tankier, and faster since StridersNimbus Cloud. Monkey King uses his abilities to kill, then he can't escape. I didn't even mention portal key.
Was this after Monkey King's combo nerf patch? because here it seems pretty imba to me, especially where he killed pebbles at full health, 1:38 using his combo.

@JanisKKK to land your vault you still have to aim, and both Q and E goes the direction you are going so could stuff up easily. Also it's Nome's hero, not Diva's

Yes it is Wukong, in HoN, in LoL and even in Smite it's wukong. Sun Wukong is a character from chinese mythology and used in many many games.
@renegadeace the MK 1v1 combo is dash (hitting target), vault target, win jam slam (or w/e it called lol), vault on target again, right click target.
