How to Bend Nails and Short Steel

here, I cover technique and progression. I am not a Professional by any means and there are tons of resources and many many dudes out there stronger than me. However, as a rookie I hope I may be able to address some of the things people around my level have been wondering about.
In this video I will go over a few different things to bend, padding, technique, and three different grips. I will also demonstrate how to wrap your steel and how to bend it.

Glad it was useful to you! I received some feedback on this video that was helpful for me too, now I use one wrap on each side of the nail to get rid of the friction in the middle and also to provide more padding for the palm to protect against nerve damage. Try it and see if that helps too

You could make it easier for yourself if you didn't roll the mat along the whole length but rather just wrap the mat you have around the ends. Your adding friction when the mat folds tight on itself like that.
