He admitted to artillery problems and lacking modern weapons.

Maybe Prigozhin's rantings for Putin to declare victory and end the war, which Prigozhin says, is no longer popular. He's also been praising the strength, resilience, intelligence and training of the Ukrainian Forces.

The most likely outcome at this time remains Russia achieving it's goals. It's been a much costlier endeavour than anticipated, but there was a lot more intervention from other countries than Russia would likely have anticipated. If it had just been Russia versus Ukraine, the war would have ended a long time ago already. As it stands, Russia is still on track to win it. The loss of oil money to Russia hurts the common people, but for Putin and his cronies they already have mansions, universities, and yachts. A dip of 25% earnings for the future is a minor dip considering they already own what they want. But it's true they should have done a better inventory count before the war. Russia already had A Lot of precision weapons, especially missiles (way more than artillery). However, it's their quality that's been lacking. Why? Old tech. Why once more? Because most of that tech was developed during the final years of the Soviet era, and older. Why even once more? Because Russia no longer is a significant player in the high tech industry. This war revealed an uncomfortable truth for Russian fanbots: Even their most advanced weapons (like Iskanders and Kinzhals) were equipped with critical Western tech components. And because of sanctions, access got really difficult, relying on imported components through the black market. But they No Longer has an industry capable of manufacturing semiconductors and other types of high tech components. These tech, to make it worse, is usually manufactured with western/japanese origin machine tools; a critical part of that manufacturing. Even China is struggling to replace the most advanced tech built by foreign companies, and their machine tools. So... good luck Racha... maybe trying to get some from the Chinese is the only hope for their Military Industrial Complex.
