Yuji didn't got one shot by Uraume at Shibuya because he still had Sukuna. And he didn't get one shot by Uraume in Shinjuku because Uraume was focusing their CE on Maki.

To be honest itadori with the heavenly restrictions would make him the fastest human alive + with his mother who make him some what incredible will happen because he was born as sukuna curse object and with heavenly restrictions that would make itadori fast as light speed and with the strength will work but he can’t black flash but is we say he can black flash then he would have like infinite black flash in short amounts of time because of sukuna curse object and heavenly restriction
