- In this VladTV Flashback from 2020, Coi Leray talked about being comfortable with her body and why she hasn't given into the industry pressures of plastic surgery. Coi discussed why she chose to be natural, and yet, how she also loves women who have gotten work done. She brought up Nicki Minaj being a prime example of someone whose plastic surgery worked for them but she also agreed with Vlad that Nicki would've been a star with or without the surgery.
