Reveling in the fact that you're gaining weight instead of losing weight. I feel that so hard. I am doing everything in my power to gain weight.

Thanks Kristy. These are even more reasons for being kind to one another because you never know what cross someone is bearing. ❤😚

Exactly Elisa! Invisible illness makes it very difficult for others to understand what the person is going through so it's so important for people to be kind to one another! Xxx

Life does not stop when you feel like crap! Find joy in the small things! Also, letting go of you health is a mourning process that takes years! It takes time to accept your limitations but it is fine to say no to things that don’t feel right for you (or are not worth the repercussions.).
Been living without a thyroid and without working parathyroid since 2004, without my pills I’d be dead within days not fun, but not the end of the world!

Gastroparesis taught me you can't "wait to be happy" like "oh things will better when I get a better job" "well I just need to finish school then I'll be happier" something will always come up. It's our responsibility to find happiness where ever we are in life, and enjoy life for what it it. 💚
(Obviously this doesn't apply if you have unmanaged/uncontrolled clinical depression. )

Hello Alyssa! Thanks for sharing! Life is short and we have to try to find happiness now rather than waiting for the situation to be perfect! 💗💗💗

Great to see a fellow chronic illness sufferer sharing their experiences on UA-cam. Keep up the good work and the fight

I have colitis. I've been watching a lot of these videos. It has taught me empathy too. There's a lot of hidden diseases, what someone looks like on the outside doesn't reflect what's going on inside.

Thanks Raeesa! I love making these types of videos to show that there can be positive aspects of having chronic illness if u know what I mean! I don't think I would know/do certain things if I didn't have an illness! Hope you are doing well ❤❤ xx

Kristy J That’s very true you do get to know much more things when u have a illness , but with me they haven’t really diagnosed anything they don’t really know what’s going on I have a NG tube to increase my weight so they can get extra nutrition in me because my weight just drops very unusual but it’s not the worst thing someone could have people are going through much tougher things that’s why instead of complaining I have been much more positive because of your videos ❤️❤️ xxx

You need a functional medicine doctor. He will get you off gluten. I don't gamble but I would bet that you eat gluten daily even in your bag. Am I wrong? I don't mind being wrong...
