I like mixing Maxis match clothes with Alpha hair and clothes, I find that I like having my sims faces decked out completely in Alpha cc with Maxis clothes
Personally for me I like it better when Clare uses Alpha cc, she uses it so well

As a person that only uses maxis match (mostly) I can safely say alpha suits your game better! Not only are you the only simmer I watch that uses alpha, but you pull it off. I think changing between the two takes too much effort, because now is the time I have my favourites as well as you do with alpha. So yeah, I appreciate that you make alpha look as cool as you do!

Yeah i think its nice that she should only use the those in challenges because if she will change into maxis match it will kinda ruin it i mean i got into her channel because of those amazing realistic sims and her going to maxis match cc would change her style or should i say if clare was a "place" and has a "tourist spot" that "tourist spot" would be that alpha cc and its like she will loose that amazing place people are always looking for and I really think she should just stick into her OG style it suits her the best

I think she shouldn't do whatever feels right, I wouldn't want her to force it either with either of the styles. Your preferences change and I would not want her to be unhappy because I want her to continue with something or change into something she does not enjoy (anymore).

For the maxis match series do a collab with Deligracy.
You could do a series kind of like that drawing game where you draw something and fold it and just draw the connecting lines over but they don't know what you drew.
Basically one of you would start the series then send the save file to the other and they would continue from there not know what happened before or what your goals are. It could be super funny and random especially since you both might be working toward opposite goals and getting in each other's way.
Love this video idea. Would love to see a series like this. But james and deligracy would be a ball in the park for this, they are always the best at messing with each other.
@@MoniQ31Gamer It might be easier for them to coordinate it too. I just know that a while ago Clare and Deligracy said they wanted to do a series collab but didn't know how. Maybe we can try and give them the idea? I just think it would be fun to watch, but I doubt Clare will see this comment anyways.

eh, there are 2 hairs in my game sims constantly have, they still look pretty insane
I consider myself "maxis mix" I just download what I like. lately, I have been really liking alpha hairs. I just think they add so much more personality and depth to sims :D

TheGirl27 same here, my game runs slower and my mods folder is over 20gb because alpha hair is an absolute killer when it comes to storage space, but it’s all worth it to me because it makes the game so much more interesting than when i played with strictly mm stuff, although i do have quite a few mm clothes and skin details because i do still like a lot of mm stuff, but my heart belongs to alpha and i’m never going back lol

you should do maxis match series where everything will be just maxis match, but the other series that you already have(disney princess, uni life-etc.) you should leave with alpha. I personally would like that!
Honest Clare, you’re the one who got me into alpha cc. I prefer it more as I tested out maxis match and hated the way it looked, probably because I was used to alpha cc lmao. Now I look back it’s actually not that bad. Anyways, I do kinda hope you stay as an alpha cc simmer 😅
I would enjoy an lp where it’s like a parallel universe where like your favorite sims are in Maxis Match style and maybe the storyline is very different.

I used to be a huge alpha user but not long ago fell for maxis match as well. The only thing I can’t do is the hair, I use alpha hair on maxis match cc but it somehow doesn’t look as bad or out of place as I feared, which I like.
I’m basically the same, alpha skins are a bit freaky but I couldn’t play without the hair

Everyone is different but I feel my sims look better and weirder with maxis. I dont like realism in sims, it lags the game and you cant really do cutesy and ultra weird sims with realistic, glitch clothes amd hair. Just sharing my opinion! 🐼

I use Alpha cc and it's so weird to look at the sims that don't have it! Because I got used to having my sims look a bit realistic so maxis match weirds me out.
But sims can look GREAT with maxis match and I would have no problem using maxis match if I got used to it!
I use to be the same way, I still use Alpha on occassion, but thats mostly for hair. I made some very cute Maxis Match sims as well as cute Alpha sims

But yeah I prefer Alpha and mostly for hair and eyes and I like the realism it gives to the clothing, but I know that maxis match is supposed to be cartoony so no complaints there. But the skin details are probably the MAIN thing I need and let's not forget our lord and savior kijiko and her 3d eyelashes.

I prefer Maxis Match, cause I’m a neat freak and I think it looks better all being the same. I like it to match the game. In Sims 3 though, Alpha is 🔥👌. But I guess Sims 3 does have a more realistic feel.

When I got a new laptop and I couldn’t get all my cc back, I tried maxis match and I loved how it looked but every time I went cc shopping I got so distracted by the beautiful alpha hairs and I broke after like a week and downloaded about 500 hairs in one go...

i used to only use alpha too, but maxis match looks way better in game and it’s also not as taxing on my computer. my game runs a lot smoother having only maxis match and i don’t really want my sims to look real. it’s all about personal preference. i think both are beautiful

They look beautiful Clare. They look friendly like. Myself I like Alpha more better, but they are cool though. Some of Maxis are cuter. In order for you to like the Maxis you going to have to make a sim with a huge face to match all the Maxis Cc.

YAAAAASSSSS. I literally just swithed from alpha to maxis match a week ago for all the same reasons.
I mostly have Alpha CC because it's just easiest to find (at least on the CC sites I use) but I think that if I was less lazy with my Sims I would want to have fully Maxis Match game because I like the consistency. I know that a lot of people hate the "clay hair" but I like that the Sims team committed to a cartoony style!
I think many hate the "clay hair" because they don't use babyhair (at face details) to make it look better . ^^
