BeamNG never ceases to amaze me the sound of that diesel engine revving to 10,000 sounds exactly like it would if it was a real diesel engine running away
For anybody wondering why trucks dont have so high RPMs (actually diesels in general), its mostly because of thermal limitation and also, especially on trucks, much more wear and tear at such high RPMs. They would kill themselves after a few kilometers
that Truck's 10K RPM really sound like a CFM56 turbofan engine, an IAE V2500 turbofan engine, a Pratt & Whitney PW6000 turbofan engine and the RB211 Turbofan engine that the 757 uses I'm not joking
That first N/A run was almost exactly like my '97 2.3 Ranger! The speeds in relation to our respective redlines was exact, and so are the acceleration times!
When you had the n/a version pegged out wide the f#!$ open in 1st gear I was laughing so hard listening to this scream sounds like the old 2 stroke detroit diesels
And if it's a 10.6 litre. And if 10k rpm was technically achievable and at 56 psi. Should you be hitting around 1800hp and 2700+ lbs of torque. And the turbos should've been spooled close to max around 1500 rpm?

Change differential gears to match rpm range and would have a completely different outcome.
And put more weight on the back
Yeah, stock 10.6L revs to what, 2.5k? So swap the rear out for a 6:1 or 8:1 and it’ll go like a scalded ape.
