  • Veterans’ Affairs Minister Matt Keogh has hit back at Shadow Assistant Defence Minister Phillip Thompson after the latter claimed politicians have not condemned strongly enough the vandalism of war memorial sites near the Australian War Memorial.
“I don’t know what Phil’s been following, but I condemned these actions previous times in the media,” Mr Keogh told Sky News Australia.
“As I did in parliament just yesterday.
“The Prime Minister in Question Time yesterday also strongly condemned what we’ve seen here in terms of vandalism to war memorials.”

Oh but the ignorant people are too stupid to see it! One only has to look at the UK to see what the left are trying to do here! Do they seriously believe this country is safe under that type of regime? Beggars belief that we have such a poorly educated population.

As an American war veteran, I condemn any desecration of any war veteran memorial. It is a total disrespect to those Australian veterans who risk their life or lose their life to defend freedom and their nations interests.

Maybe the politicians should make up some kind of a legislative bill or something like that which could make vandalism against the law. I'm quite surprised it's not already, actually.
