The motor in the iPro 3 is not a Bafang like the iPro2 has,it has a 'more economical motor brand'. 'High-Quality Brushless Bafang Motor The powerful and reliable 750W Bafang motor provides extra power for your ride, with a maximum peak of 1200W. The I7PRO 3.0 utilizes a more economical motor brand and uses the same features and parameters as the I7PRO 2.0 motor.' www.vitilanebike.uk/products/i7-pro-folding-full-suspension-electric-bike?variant=49206057730350 Sorry about that 😊
PAS is the power assist modes on E-Bikes. The ViTiLAN-I7 PRO 2 has 5 PAS settings as default that can be changed in the Advanced settings, A2-Assist Level-3/5/6/9. PAS 0 is pedal only/no electric with PAS 5* number being the fastest although going down hill will be just as fast in PAS 0 as using PAS 5. *if you change to have 3,6 or 9 assist levels, then they will be the fastest and you can probably set the Mph per PAS level in the advanced settings.
About the above post,'PAS is the power assist modes on E-Bikes'. Some internet search results say PAS is,'Pedal Assist System'. The V manual (p16) calls them,'Assist modes'.

The crunching noise is from what looked like small conkers in the cycle lane. 😕
