TransferAir It really does look like a Russian machine. More specifically this chopper used to be designated as the AS332 Super Puma by Eurocopter before Airbus took over its production.

I don't know if you're angry or not since I don't really understand your answer. But know that I have nothing against American helicopters. Heck, two of my favourite are the UH-60 and the CH-53. So this is not some anti-american rant.
But to think that everything has to be american in origin is a bit too much.
The H215 is the new name given to the AS332 Super Puma that has been around since 1978 and is direct evolution of the SA330 Puma that first flew in 1965. While it may be a contemporary of the SH-3 and the HH-3, it a French design. It may look similar, but only because there is not so many way to design an helicopter.

But also equally far from anything reguarding the nationality of any manufacturer.
I simply saw how much the Airbus unit looked like the Sea King, be it Amirican, Czechoslavakian, Chinese or Venusian in origin and took a whimsical pot shot at their lack of sculptural originality.

This is the precursor of the Puma helicopter from the 70s. South Africa upgraded it and renamed it an Oryx. The airframe has been around from the mid 60s.
